OVERVIEW
The new, modern Villa Amana is heavenly, first row from the sea, in one of the most exclusive outskirts of Dubrovnik, where you go for comfort, rest, incomparable sea views and to still be close to Dubrovnik Old Town (4 miles, 10 min drive). The key signature of this villa is its airiness and light, space and most of all, the sea right in front. As the villa is right by the sea, so you park your car on the road above, and take 20 steps down to the upper floor of the villa (you can enter the bedroom floor at that point and leave your luggage there). Lozica is a quiet, understated, sophisticated suburb and a car or taxi is recommended to get you to numerous places in and around Dubrovnik, which you will want to visit.
Accommodation
Ground floor
The ground floor accommodates a pretty and spacious living/dining area with sofas and armchair, satellite TV, HiFi sound system, dining table for 6 people. From the living room you access a lovely pool terrace with outdoor dining area and a barbecue, feasting your eyes on the blue Adriatic and green islands. A well equipped, modern kitchen has a fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, a set of cooking utensils and stylish tableware. There is a guest cloakroom and a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and a safe in the villa.
First floor
A spiral staircase leads to the first floor which has three queen size bedrooms, each one with own en-suite shower room, a wardrobe, desk, and a SAT TV. In addition, the master bedroom has a balcony with outdoor seating where you can enjoy moments of privacy, beauty and calm. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have sea views.
Outside
The outdoor area of the villa is stunning, with infinity pool virtually merging with the ocean, a barbecue area, outdoor table for dining and six sun loungers. Everywhere you are surrounded by the sea. Below the pool terrace is another sunbathing space with an outdoor shower and one hundred steps down to the private swimming platform with metal ladders leading into the sea. There is parking for two cars.
