OVERVIEW
Villa Angelina is a proper beach villa, in an elevated position, looking over a peaceful bay, just 20 metres from a nice pebbly beach with a lovely clear sea. It is located in the small town of Vinisce, quite sleepy and all set for a quiet and relaxing holiday. It is perfect for walks along the fishing harbour and by the seafront, sitting in seaside cafes and simple restaurants offering freshly caught fish and seafood. All is within walking distance.
Venture just 20km further and you will be in one of the most romantic and beautiful towns in Croatia, the ancient town of Trogir which is historic and sophisticated, a gourmet and nightlife paradise combined with the elegance of Venetian style architecture. So, it is a beach holiday with everything on offer!
Accommodation
The villa has been built and finished to a high standard, the interior floor space covers 200 square metres. It is furnished and decorated throughout in a light and modern style. Sitting room and bedrooms have individual terraces and great views of the sea. There is a terraced garden and a heated pool, and not to forget a multifunctional room with large glass doors, indoor BBQ, Jacuzzi and surround music system, all set for a dream vacation. And as of January 2022 there is also an electric car charger in the garage.
Ground floor
The open plan sitting room and kitchen/diner are spacious and have a glass door opening out onto a large terrace. The sitting room has a full view of the sea, and sitting on the terrace feels as if you are sailing on open sea, so close to the bay. The whole of the living area has smart, coffee coloured or brick walls and chocolate colour floor tiles except for the sitting room, which has pale wood flooring. The sitting room has a modern corner fireplace, two very comfortable chocolate leather sofas, a satellite TV/DVD and sound system, Playstation4 games console, as well as WiFi. So altogether a very pleasant entertainment area with a sea view thrown in! The kitchen units are sleek glossy white with light lime green tiles and the breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the sitting area. There are four modern chairs by the breakfast bar. In addition, the dining table can sit ten people comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer and icemaker, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, all the cooking utensils and tableware, very tasteful and good quality. On the ground floor is one bedroom with a double bed and ensuite shower room. All the bed linen and towels are provided.
First floor
On the first floor are three more double bedrooms, two with double beds, and one with twin beds, each with their ensuite bathrooms or shower rooms and some with private balconies. All bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside
The villa is on a small slope, its grounds covering 420 square metres, and its garden is arranged as several walled terraces, made with beautifully laid stone. The terraces are planted with olive trees, palms and Mediterranean herbs. On the ground floor level, there is a large stone-paved terrace with pool, sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The swimming pool is 22 square metres and can be heated up to approx 29°C making this villa ideal for early season or autumn bookings. Pool towels are provided. From the pool area there are fantastic views of the sea and surrounding countryside, with very few houses around. The Jacuzzi and BBQ are located in an indoor/outdoor area with surround music system and large sliding glass doors. There is a garage for 2 cars and two outside parking places.
