A charming air-conditioned five bedroom, four bathroom typical Dalmatian new build stone villa with garden and pool, only 200m from the sea, with fabulous sea views. Sleeps 10.

Villa Antea is a lovely, newly built stone Dalmatian house in a small seaside village about one hour drive west from Dubrovnik. The villa is comprised of two separate units for renting jointly, they share the pool. One of the villas has two bedrooms and the other has three bedrooms. The village is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation after a busy visit to Dubrovnik. It is located within easy travelling distance of other bustling tourist destinations of Neum and Markarska. There is a kilometre long promenade in the village, perfect for late night walks in the cooler evening air. The villa is very traditional, the exterior is made of Dalmatian stone, and the interior features are all made by a specialist working in hand carved oak fittings and furnishings.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor:

There is an open plan arrangement on the ground floor of the houses. The kitchens are modern and fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, as well as all the cooking utensils, plates and glassware. Just off set from the kitchen is a traditional bread oven. There is one washing machine between the two houses.

There are two living rooms, and two kitchens, one in each villa, each contains an LCD TV, DVD player and a radio. Near to the living area there is an indoor dining area, with a hand-carved table.

First floor:

The bedrooms follow a similar interior style; they have lovely exposed stone walls and wooden beams in the ceiling. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and two of the bedrooms have twin beds. There are three bath or shower rooms in the main house and one shower room in the secondary house, with plenty of towels provided.

OUTSIDE

With the sea just 200m away views are aplenty; the sea views are glorious and there are many great spots to look down on towards the bay, also the surrounding countryside is beautiful. Down a couple of steps there is the swimming pool surrounded by sun-loungers. There is a large amount of garden space with many plants and flowers growing. There is plenty of space outside for alfresco dining with a table big enough to seat 12 people. Alongside the outdoor dining area there is a fireplace perfect for creating a cosy atmosphere.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €400 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
