Dubrovnik

€42000 per week

A luxury three bedroom three bathroom villa with pool, sleeping 6-7 persons, in the absolute prime position on the waterfront and in the heart of Dubrovnik, with its own small private beach and with the classic view of the old town.

Villa Ava

Villa Ava is a stone built old villa, recently renovated to the highest standard of taste and luxury. The villa comprises of a large stylish and comfortable sitting room and dining area which opens out onto a series of stone paved terraces with a pool and jacuzzi. The villa, its terraces and swimming pool directly overlook the sea with one of the world’s most famous and most beautiful views - Dubrovnik old harbour and the medieval city walls rising up and reflecting in the sea. Three spacious and airy bedrooms with large sumptuous en suite bathrooms are a blend of modern comfort and style that connects the present day concept of luxury with the fabric and colour of Dubrovnik’s honey coloured stone. The sand colour palette of the outside is also found inside, where the slightly oriental feel of the décor is reminiscent of Dubrovnik’s historic position on the medieval trade route between Europe and the Orient. The owners have given this extremely luxurious and unique place its understatedly exotic feel of a wonderful carefree seaside villa which is very private, but within minutes of the Old Dubrovnik centre.
