This gorgeous villa is situated on the north side of the beautiful and unspoilt island of Murter, which is separated from the mainland by only a 20 metre gap and can be accessed by a bridge. Pine forests and beautiful sandy and pebbly beaches are near the villa. The house is designed with comfort, space and light in mind, and elegant furnishings are evident everywhere. Indoor and outdoor recreation areas are exceptionally high standard. Form the villa and its large garden there is a view of the sea which is only 300 metres away. The village is charming, with a lovely fishing harbour and excellent restaurants, a perfect setting for recharging your batteries.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
White stone floors and white and buttercream walls are throughout the villa and make the living areas light and airy. A modern very tasteful kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking, with a cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, quality cooking utensils, plates and glassware. In the kitchen a wooden table can sit 8 people. The spacious sitting room has chairs and a leather sofa which can be pulled out into an additional bed. It also contains a cable and satellite TV/DVD player, audio system and a wireless internet connection. Here are also two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and the other with a family bathroom. Modern bedroom furniture and comfortable large beds with good linen and plenty of towels are provided. The entertainment/wellness areas are also on the ground floor. There is a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath, a sauna, a well equipped gym and a special second ground floor kitchen with picture windows which can be opened so that it becomes an outdoor kitchen/diner for 12 people. It is equipped to a highest standard as a normal indoor kitchen, but it also has an indoor stone grill for BBQs. The owners have designed it this way to enable the guests to cook or grill outdoors whilst enjoying the pool and sunbathing at the same time. Also here is plenty of space for the whole group to relax and eat together. The large pool is designed to be an indoor/outdoor facility as the large windows cab=n be retracted.

An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor air conditioned apartment which has identical facilities, a sitting room, kitchen, dining room, one double en-suite bedroom and one twin bedroom with a family bathroom. Bedrooms have balconies with great sea views.

OUTSIDE
A half an acre garden with its green lawn and Mediterranean plants provides plenty of relaxing areas, such as a covered gazebo with outdoor sofa and armchairs, and a dining terrace. For children, there are play areas and sand pits. The pool is fantastic, and when its vast windows are retracted, it becomes and outdoor pool. Sun beds and pool towels are provided.

BOATING

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of €500 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
