This imposing country villa has a stylish white façade, luxurious balconies, many large windows overlooking the 4000 square metres of garden and the green fields which surround the villa. The villa is very private and has a great degree of comfort. In all, the villa has three sitting rooms – downstairs sitting/dining room, a bright conservatory and the blue sitting room, so convenient for a large party of guests. The materials used indoors are quality wood or tiled flooring, ceiling beams, and tastefully chosen furniture. The villa is air conditioned.

The entrance to the house is through a large and light hall with cherry-wood floor, an elegant staircase and a conservatory style indoor sitting room with a wicker wood set of garden furniture. From the hallway you enter a very spacious tiled country kitchen of solid wood and a full complement of electrical appliances: cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, a kettle. A large wood table can sit ten people when unfolded. All the cooking utensils, plates, cutlery and glassware are provided and are of excellent quality.

A large sitting room overlooks the terrace and the garden. Stone walls, cherry wood floor, traditional Istrian open fireplace, thick rugs, works of art on the walls and large sofa and chairs make this room very inviting. TV/DVD/music centre and internet connection are in this room.

Next to the sitting room is the dining area and plenty of room for dining for all the guests. The lighting throughout the living rooms is very attractive and stylish. From this room there is an exit out to the courtyard and the pool.
A laundry room and a downstairs WC are on the ground floor.

Three double bedrooms with double beds and own balconies with tables and chairs all have wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, garden and the swimming pool. The bedrooms have wardrobes and a lot of storage space. The two bathrooms are tiled with elegant Italian tiles and good quality ceramic bathroom ware. One bathroom has a hydro-massage whirlpool bath and the other has a Jacuzzi hydro-massage shower with a sauna. A separate two bedroom suite with its own sitting room and a bathroom and a terrace is also on the first floor and is reached by the outside staircase. The sumptuous curtains, bed linen and plenty of towels will add to your enjoyment of this attractive, spacious and peaceful villa.

Garden and Pool
The large and well kept lawn garden is a stunning feature of this villa. It is very private and restful. The blue mosaic pool is 5mx 10m. Sun beds and pool towels are provided.
In the garden is a very nice summer kitchen, situated on a terrace by the pool. This is a real outdoor living room, with a tiled roof and three walls, while one whole side of this room is open to the garden. Here is a huge fireplace for cooking and grilling, a cooker and fridge, sink and a large dining table. On hot summer days and warm evenings all the guests prefer to cook and eat there. This is a typical feature of old Istrian homes, which had an outbuilding known as “konoba”, where best food and wine were kept in storage. Nowadays konobas have achieved a mythical status of real Istrian experience, combining the old and utilitarian part of the home, with present day comfort and indulgence.

BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.
