This is a new light and airy and very spacious stone villa with all the modern comforts and gadgets, wonderful beds, lovely garden and a large swimming pool. It is located in the green Istrian countryside with views over vineyards, olive plantations and woodland. The view stretches all the way to the Italian Alps in the distance. The villa is on an upmarket gated site of 7 similar villas. This is a gourmet area of Croatia, famous for excellent fish, game and fabulous steaks and pasta with truffles. Great merlots and pinots go so well with the local dishes, and there is a local white called Malvasia, which is fresh and crisp. It is a 30 minute drive to several beaches, lovely towns and restaurants. There are many cycling and walking paths and only 3 hour drive to Venice, or take a day trip by a ferry!
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
Downstairs consists of an open plan large living area with a sitting room, dining room and kitchen plus a utility room. The utility room has a washing machine, a drier, storage and ironing facilities. One double bedroom, a large bathroom with a bath and an extra WC are also on the ground floor. This is a twin bedded room with its own terrace. The sitting room has a cream coloured tiled floor with a thick rug, two very large and comfortable cream leather sofas and two squashy large floor cushions where twelve people can be accommodated. Large flat satellite TV/DVD player is in the sitting room. The dining area has a dining table which comfortably sits ten persons. The kitchen is sleek and fully equipped with hobs, oven, large fridge/freezer and good quality cooking utensils, plates and glassware.

A master bedroom with en-suite shower has a large double bed and its own terrace with superb views. There is also a twin bedroom en-suite, plus a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a bathroom, in all there are four double bedrooms and three shower rooms upstairs. All showers are extra powerful and large. All the bed linen and plenty of towels are provided.

OUTSIDE
A large garden planted with Mediterranean shrubs and plants surrounds the house and climbing greenery provides shade on the lower and upper terraces. The pool is 8.5m x 4.5m and has a large sunbathing patio with 8 deck chairs.

- There are two good supermarkets 10 min drive away, also banks, restaurants, doctor, chemist. Many excellent local tavernas, restaurants and wineries are right on your doorstep.
BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.
