This is a beautiful private villa, hidden in a garden full of Mediterranean flowers, with a gate onto the coastal promenade lined with palm trees, and onto a lovely beach just a few metres below the villa. It has that coveted position of being in the first line to the sea, but it is also a couple of hundred metres away from the lively town of Bol, full of cafes, restaurants, shops in charming streets and nightlife. The town and the beach are world famous and are centre of excellence for water sports. The villa has been renovated to a very high standard. This is really a villa with everything.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa comprises of 200 square metres of living space and is arranged on two floors.
Ground floor
The open plan ground floor area has wonderful war oak flooring throughout, with some oriental rugs. A few inside walls are finished in the famous Brac stone, which gives this villa its local, somewhat rustic but unmistakably modern feel. French doors open out onto a gorgeous terrace with the outdoor dining table and the view of the sea. The spacious sitting area has a corner sofa which can pull out into a double bed. A few nice pieces of antique furniture decorate the room, and here is also satellite TV/DVD/CD player and wireless internet access. The kitchen and dining area are sleek and modern, with plain lines of the dining table and benches looking attractive against the more classical sitting room. The kitchen has plain pale oak furniture, refrigerator with freezer, stove with four ceramic hotplates, oven, hood, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender and excellent cooking utensils, plates and glassware. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are in a separate utility room with a WC.

First floor
There are four double bedrooms on the first floor. Lovely oak flooring and pale sand and cream coloured washed walls make the bedrooms pleasant, light and relaxing, with an amazing view of the sea and pine trees. Two bedrooms have double beds, and two have twin beds. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. They are provided with excellent bed linen and plenty of towels. The bathrooms are very attractive and look equally modern and rustic.

OUTSIDE
The villa sits in a garden surrounded by pine trees and thick oleander bushes, with vibrant white, pink and red colours. The swimming pool is in a sunny position, surrounded by a stone sunbathing patio withy deck chairs, umbrellas and pool towels. The barbecue and outdoor dining set are provided, and the garden also has other good quality outdoor furniture. There is parking for three cars in the grounds of the villa.

BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.
