Villa Bolina is located on the east-side of the Island of Bol. It is close by to the sea only 200m from a sandy beach and close to three other pebbly beaches. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the town centre. The villa is fully air conditoioned.

ACCOMMODATION
There are three levels in the villa.
Ground floor
The ground floor has an open plan arrangement; consisting of the kitchen, dining area and living area with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/ freezer, oven, glass ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker. Other appliances in Villa Bolina include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and two hair dryers. The dining area has a four seated wooden table with comfortable cushioned black and white upholstered chairs. The living area has a large L-shaped cream sofa. There is a plasma satellite TV and DVD player. The exit leading to the terrace is from the living area.

First floor
The double bedroom has a comfortable bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is large with modern fittings. There is a lovely balcony with amazing sea views and two outdoor wicker chairs and a table. There is also an access stairway leading down to the terrace.

Second floor
The studio upstairs is big enough to accommodate four people. The living area of the studio has a comfortable sofa and Plasma TV. There are antique style twin beds with good quality sheets and there’s also a sofa-bed for two. The studio opens out through sliding doors onto a balcony with a table and chairs and wonderful sea views. The bathroom on this floor is modernly fitted and plenty of towels are provided.

OUTSIDE
The outside space of Villa Bolina is fantastic; there are glorious sea views from the terrace and pool area, the pool is large with a tiled surround and garden furniture such as deckchairs. There is also plenty of garden greenery and potted plants. The summer kitchen has an electric stove perfect for preparing snacks and meals for the day and evening.

BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €300 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
