Villa Bonnie is a lovingly retsored old stone house built 5 metres from the sea. The stone facade and green shutters are typical of the local style of houses. The villa is in the centre of the charming and unspoilt fishing village of Sumartin, on the island of Brac.This villa is arranged on three floors. It is close to restaurants, coffee bars and shops, and yet it is very private and just by the sea. The villa comprises of a 100sqm of living space and a 500 metres garden which leads to the sea. The nearest shop is 10 metres away, and bank and doctor within 100 metres. Pharmacy is 3 km away.

ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms
Tiled with stone coloured tiles and with many wood features, with cream and wood sofa and chairs, the open plan ground floor living space is cool and relaxing. Satellite TV and DVD player and stereo are in this area. Wireless internet is provided.
The cream kitchen has a brekfast bar and an additional large table that can seat 6-8 persons. The kitchen is very well equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee filter machine and a microwave oven, with good kitchen uitensils, plates and glasses. On the ground floor is an additional WC/cloakroom, which contains a washing machine. A hair drier, iron and an ironing board are also provided.

On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms. Wooden floors and white walls are in keeping with the simplicity of the local decor. One bedrooms has a large double bed, whilst the second bedroom has two single wooden beds. They share a nice bathroom with a large bath. From this floor there are lovely sea views.

Outside
The 500 sqm of the peaceful garden of the villa are sourrounded by traditioanlyy built stone walls. A typical outside stone staircase is a traditional feature of the villa. The garden is covered in grassy lawn with Mediterranean fruit trees, pomegranates, pine trees, lavender and rosemary. Lovley stone steps lead you right to the sea, where fishing boats are moored. The seaside scenery is delightful to watch from this garden, as little boats come and go and colour of the sea changes from shimmering pale blue in the morning, to azzure and emerald towards the evening.
A shaded gazebo terrace provides a cool area for outdoor dining, with a large wooden table and chairs and an outdoor barbecue. Plenty of garden furniture and sun loungers a re provided.

Other services
The villa and the outdoor areas are cleaned before arrival and after departure. All taxes are included.
Pets are not allowed.
Yacht charter
Boat hire and skippered excursions are available locally and the villa has its own mooring for tying up a boat. For those wanting to combine a week in the villa with a week sailing we can make recommendations for yacht charter, either bare boat or skippered.

Rates are quoted per week for the whole villa Saturday to Saturday and are in euros. Alternative start days are possible, please inquire. Payment must be made in euros. There are no extras. Tourist tax and cleaning are included.
