Overview
This is a genuine old cottage on a hill above the Kvarner Riviera which has really unforgettable sea views. The villa is in a tranquil location, surrounded by the Mediterranean greenery, vineyards and offering privacy and seclusion. It has been beautifully restored, with many rustic details and antique furniture. You will like the old stone floors and wooden ceiling beams.
Each room is air-conditioned, and the villa has all kinds of attractions for the guests, such as badminton court, children's playground and a nice wellness room indoors. Just a few minutes' drive takes you to the vibrant towns of Crikvenica (5.8km drive to the seafront) )and Novi Vinodol, with their pebbly and sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, markets and all kinds of sports. This villa is delightful for families, couples and peace loving adults.
Accommodation
Large sitting room, kitchen and dining room are very atmospheric, with vaulted ceilings, flagstones, comfortable leather sofas, satellite TV/DVD player, WiFi facility, open fireplace and a dining table for up to 12 people. The kitchen is equipped with a an oven, hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, all cooking utensils and a lovely set of tableware. The wellness room has gym equipment and a whirlpool bath. Each bedroom has a large double bed and a pull out trundle bed to sleep four persons per bedroom. Each bedroom also has its nicely tiled shower room, with modern bathroom furniture, fittings and showers. Nice bed linen and towels are provided.
One of the bedrooms is on two levels with the single beds on the lower level and the double bed on the upper level. Two bedrooms on the upper floor are entered from the first floor covered terrace. There is a covered external staircase leading down to the lower floor and the entrance to the living room and kitchen as well as the courtyard area.
Outside
This villa is a treasure find for all the amusements and fun it offers. For children, there is a playground with a sandpit. There is a new badminton court and a 6x 4 metres swimming pool, surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas, with pool towels provided. The villa has several terraces, a covered one with outdoor dining furniture, and open suntraps with chairs, sunbeds and hammocks.
