The pool and the sea view from Villa Brella
Villa Brella is situated in a small village of cottages and villas clustered around one of the best sandy beaches on the Croatian coast. The houses nestle among the greenery and pine trees, with lovely sea views and just a few minutes walk to the beach and fantastically clean and warm sea. The village is 14 km away from the tourist resort of Makarska which also has a famous beach, numerous restaurants, nightlife, wellness and sports facilities.

The region is famous for thick pine woods stretching down to the pristine beaches, wine growing, olive oil, figs and excellent cherries. This is an area of the Croatian coastline best known for its beautiful pebbly/sandy beaches, one of which is close to the villa and it was voted NUMBER ONE beach in Europe in 2003 and 2005 by the Forbes magazine.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa is a small complex of two buildings that share a garden and swimming pool. The main house is a larger building has an open ground floor area with a fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and comfortable sitting space, and a double bedroom that can be used as a sitting room during the day. The settee in the open plan area folds out into a double bed. On the first floor there are two spacious double bedrooms. There is a bath room on each floor. The main building can sleep a maximum of eight.
In the main villa's grounds is a small one bedroom cottage that can sleep three people. The small cottage consists of a bedroom a siitng room a bathroom and a small courtesy kitchen. The bedroom is on the ground floor and had a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is also on the ground floor. On the first floor is a comfortable sitting room, in the corner there is a small courtesy kitchen. The small cottage's sitting room leads onto a balcony with spectacular sea views. With three sleeping in the cottage Dream Villa can accomodate a maximum of eleven when uisng both buildings.
Ground Floor
The ground floor of villa Brella consists of an open plan kitchen-diner with a sitting area, a ground floor bedroom using a sofa bed for sleeping. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom/utility room. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa, cable TV, fast internet wireless service, and is air conditioned. The sitting room opens out onto a paved terrace with flowers, Mediterranean shrubs and trees. There are great sea views from the sitting room and the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, gas hob and an electric oven and a refrigerator with a freezer. All the cooking utensils, plates and cutlery are included. The dining table sits 6-8 persons, but more seating can also be provided.

First Floor
Two double bedrooms and one bathroom is on the second floor. Bedroom one has a double bed, a large wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a hydro-massage steam shower. A large French door opens out onto the 45 square metre terrace where you can enjoy cool mornings and incredible sunsets. Bedrooms two and three share a large bathroom with a whirlpool bath. Bedroom two also has balcony access and has twin beds 90x200 cm. Bedroom three has a double bed 160 x 200cm. All bedrooms are supplied with new bed linen and plenty of bath towels.

The newly renovated little stone cottage in the grounds of the main house has one ground floor bedroom, which contains a double and a single bed. On the ground floor is also a separate shower room. Indoor staircase takes you to the first floor which consists of a kitchen/dining room and big covered balcony with seating and a great sea view.

The garden is planted with rosemary, lavender, oleanders, and other Adriatic plants. Close to the swimming pool is a covered terrace with a dining table for up to eleven persons. The whole garden area is surrounded by a secure garden fence and suitable for children and pets. The swimming pool size is 8x4 metres and the depth is 1.5metres. The pool, terraces and the garden have spectacular sea views.

Standard services
There is a single air conditioning unit on each floor. All bed linen and towels and pool towels are provided. Garden furniture and sun beds are provided. Garden and pool maintenance are provided. Pets are allowed for no extra charge and the garden is well fenced.
Parking
Outside of the villa and its cottage there is private parking for the guests for four cars.
Yacht charter
Boat hire and skippered excursions are available locally. For those wanting to combine a week in the villa with a week sailing, we can organise yacht charter, either bare boat or skippered.

RATES & AVAILABILITY
All rates are for the whole villa per week Saturday to Saturday and are in Euros. There are no extras. Tourist tax and cleaning are included.
