ACCOMMODATION
Villa Cadenza is a three story villa with a feel of an airy and unique summerhouse by the sea. This tastefully designed and furnished home provides great comfort, luxurious spaces, and artworks by renowned Croatian artists. The villa's large glass windows and doors open out onto the garden and the beach. There are sea views from each room.The villa sits on its own in one of the most extraordinary and stunning beauty spots on the Adriatic, on the fabulous Island of Vis, but it is only a short scenic drive away from the beautiful towns of Vis and Komiža with their charming harbours, sandy beaches and lively restaurants of exceptional quality. The villa is arranged on three floors, with two bedrooms on the ground floor, three on the first floor and the fifth bedroom suite on the second floor. It is surrounded by a 1200 square metres of south facing Mediterranean garden, which leads directly to a sandy beach where you can moor a small boat.

On the 55 sqm of the ground floor there are two double bedrooms. From the king size double bedroom a French doors open out onto the garden. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom and a small kitchenette suitable for light meals. This part of the villa is closest to the sea, with its own sitting area and a veranda by the lavender garden.

The first floor is exceptionally spacious and provides a total 105 sq. m. of indoor space, with a 85 sqm of outdoor terrace. The focal point on this floor is the living room with oak floors, oak ceiling beams and a beautiful fireplace. It contains Satellite TV/DVD and music systems anda WLAN high speed internet free of charge.The gourmet kitchen has all the amenities and equipment for the home chef, such as multiple fridge/freezers, hob and oven, two dishwashers, an espresso/capuccino coffee machine, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, exvcellent cooking utensils, glasware and crockery. The dining room has a great table for a large company to sit.Two first floor bedrooms also have luxurious wood oak floors and each has its own en-suite bathroom. A third bathroom/utility room can be used asa guest bathroom and a laundry room. The sumptuously furnished outdoor terrace with a shaded dining patio offers dramatic, open-air dining with panoramic sea views that add to the enjoyment of the deliciousmeals. Baby cot and a high chair are provided.

First floor
The top floor suite provides 65 square metres of indoor space and 35 square metres of private terraces. A separate private entrance leads to the top floor suite with one double king size bedroom with wooden oak floors, a bathroom, a large living room and an additional, fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent panoramic sea views stretch from the private terraces, with sun chairs and a dining area under a traditional shaded pergola.

OUTSIDE
The villa's garden is spacious and cosnists of olive groves, lavender and flower gardens overlooking the sea. The terraces and the garden are divided into different areas and are ideal for sunbathing, afternoon siestas, or for watching the magnificent sunsets over the Adriatic, as they have been designed to take in expansive sea views. Wooden and bamboo outdoor furniture and deck chairs are plentiful. The traditional terrace pergolas are curtained with sheer white drapes and offer privacy and shade.
The penthouse bedroom
Outdoor dining on upper and lower terraces is enhanced by a large outdoor kitchen and a dining terrace with a stone fireplace. Three outdoor dining areas each provide tables for 6 to 10 people. There is also and outdoor shower.
BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.
