ACCOMMODATION
The villa is approached through the coastal promenade lined with pine trees, with the sea directly below the path. It is surrounded by a wall on all sides. The villa is designed as two separate buildings which are linked by the pool and the sunbathing area. The whole complex represents one villa. The main building has a sitting room and living area which occupies the whole ground floor. On the top floor are two very spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and amazing sea views. The second building is ideal for guests having two luxury bedroom suites on the ground floor and two on the second floor. The whole impression of this villa is one of luxury and light and the location is impeccable.

MAIN VILLA
Ground floor
The open plan sitting/dining room is exceptionally spacious and has high ceilings. Top quality Italian cream tiles cover the whole floor area. Large dark leather sofas and armchairs are modern, comfortable and stylish and the Satellite TV/DVD player and music centre are of highest quality. A long modern solid wood table can sit twelve people. A feature white wall has a huge built in fireplace and a second white wall screens off the galley kitchen which is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and tableware, as well as with modern cooking appliances. The wow factor of this room is its glass front façade providing a direct outlook to the sea and the glass wall at the back, from which you can see the pool and the second building. From the pool you can look through the whole of the front house and see the expanse of the sea. It is a unique view. The villa is positioned a few metres higher the sea front promenade and has been cleverly designed so that a 2 metre high wall provides privacy from the promenade but allows a view from the terrace and living room above the wall to the sea.

First floor
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with two large en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size double bed, a large wardrobe, and a gym area .The second bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a satellite TV. The bathrooms are stunning with top quality modern bathroom sanitary ware and Italian tiles. Plenty of towels are provided and changed every three days. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony and have great sea views.
Master Bedroom
GUEST VILLA
Two ground floor and two first floor bedroom suites have similar arrangements. Each space consists of its own sitting area and a smart mini kitchen with a small dining table. A large stylish bedroom in each suite is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe and has an en-suite shower room. The ground floor bedrooms open out directly onto the pool terrace and the first floor bedrooms open out onto the balcony.

OUTSIDE
A large mosaic tiled pool is positioned between the two buildings. The stone paved sunbathing terrace surrounds the pool and is provided with sunbeds and pool towels.

In front of the villa within its enclosed garden is a terrace with an outdoor dining table and chairs. Immediately below the villa is the promenade which is lined with pine trees and provides a shadyy pedestrian route into the town of Bol in one direction and to the Golden Horn beach in the other direction. The sea is immediately below the promenade and from the closed beach is only 20 metres from the villa

A refundable breakage deposit of 1000 euro is payable on arrival and repaid on departure.
