This villa has been recently built in the style of Istrian farmhouses with covered terraces. It is located in a small village about 8km from the charming small town of Svetvincenat and about 30km from Pula airport. The accommodation comprises of 140 square metres of living space and is arranged on two levels. Pale buttermilk façade and pale rooms with blue shutters feel light and summery. The interior is bright and stylish, using natural local materials and good quality lighting. In the 500 square metres of garden there is an attractive swimming pool, shady terrace and a barbecue. Even though the villa is semidetached, it is private and is not overlooked by the sister villa. Each villa has its own swimming pool.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The whole of the ground floor has a feeling of space, openness and light tastefully decorated with modern pictures and sand coloured floor tiles. A spacious sitting room has a nice view over the garden and pool. Stylish mushroom colour sofas provide ample sitting area, and a large French doorway opens out onto an outdoor terrace with a dining table and a stone barbecue. In the sitting room there is a LCD satellite TV/DVD player, a music centre, a Wii console player and free internet. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven and plenty of cooking utensils, plates, cutlery and glassware. The dining table can sit eight and a child chair is provided. This floor also has one air conditioned twin bed double bedroom and a shower room.

A beautiful stone staircase leads upstairs where there are two bedrooms with double beds plus two shower rooms, beautifully tiled and furnished in white. Wooden floor, white furniture and cream white walls make the bedrooms relaxing. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside cabinets with night lamps, LCD satellite TVs and a/c units. All the bed linen and towels are provided. The bedrooms have a pleasant view over the garden and pool and one of the bedrooms has a private balcony.

OUTSIDE
The garden
The garden is surrounded by a stone wall and a line of cypress trees, giving it security and privacy. Beautiful stone work of the garden wall is a pleasure to look at and is done in the dry stone wall tradition of Istrian countryside. The garden is mainly lawn, with many Mediterranean plants and bushes.
The pool
The pool is 8m x 4m and 1.2 – 1.4 metres deep. The space around the pool has a large stone paved sunbathing area with sun beds and pool towels provided.

Parking
There is parking for three cars in the villa grounds.

BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.

All rates are are in euro and per week for the whole villa. Bookings are taken Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed.
Breakage deposit 200 euro paybale on arrival. Tourist tax is included in the price.
