A country road leads to a smaller, private track to the villa gates and a 10 000 square metres of wonderful garden which consists of a meadow, lawn and flowers, woodland, an olive grove and a magnificent pool next to a summer house with a summer kitchen and gym. Amongst this amazing greenery nestles a modern style villa which has recently been remodelled by an interior designer so that it offers a high level of luxury and comfort. The villa is bright and airy and its large windows and terraces open out onto the countryside, bringing the garden into the house. Top quality furniture and Italian bathrooms and tiles are used throughout, and the villa is an example of understated opulence.
ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is arranged on two floors.
Ground floor
From the front patio the villa is entered through the large glass doors into an open plan sitting room, dining room and a kitchen. It is a large light area of wonderful proportions and colour. The floor is pale oak throughout, and wall colours are cream, honey and chocolate, a modern take on the renaissance Mediterranean palette. The whole space is enhanced with stylish modern lighting. The sitting area is sumptuously furnished with modern Italian sofas, recliners and chairs and a beautiful individually designed coffee table with a marble top. One of the sofas pulls out into a double bed. The satellite TV/DVD player, play station and a music centre are in this area. A large white wooden dining table can sit ten people, looking onto the vast expanse of the garden. A modern white coloured kitchen with steel tops also has a breakfast bar with high chairs. The kitchen has all the equipment for gourmet cooking – fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. All the cooking utensils are provided and also a wonderful set of modern plates, glassware and cutlery. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, drier, iron and ironing board.
A double bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite shower room is also on the ground floor. This bedroom has a picture window opening out onto its own ground floor terrace and a lovely garden view. This bedroom and the others also have light oak flooring and additional chairs and plenty of storage space. In addition, a family cloakroom is on the ground floor.

First floor
A wooden staircase leads to three spacious double bedrooms. The master bedroom which is dressed in cream, extends into a spacious dressing hall with floor to ceiling wardrobes and a fabulous bath decorated with black and white Italian tiles, double basins, a separate shower , a large mirror and a sofa for resting after the bath. This bedroom has French doors opening onto its own balcony. The third bedroom has an en-suite shower room. It has a queen bed and a sitting area with armchairs and a coffee table, as well as a corner with a desk, and a doorway onto a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture. The fourth bedroom is facing the back garden, also with a queen bed and an en-suite shower room. All the bathrooms are of the highest quality and have excellent tiles, furniture, taps and lighting. All the bedrooms have new mattresses and high quality cotton bed linen. Plenty of towels are provided.

OUTSIDE
The garden wraps around the whole villa and provides great privacy for the guest. The country track that leads to the villa stops there and there is no passing traffic by the house. Directly in front of the sitting room is a large terrace with sofas and armchairs. A path leads to the large pool which has two levels of depth and 56 square metres of area, depth 1.5m. Around the pool is hardwood decking with eight sun loungers, umbrellas and pool towels provided. Nearby is a wonderful little building which houses a gym and a proper second kitchen, completely equipped for cooking and eating. There is also another shower room available. Just outside the summer kitchen is a terrace with a dining table for ten people, and another lovely set of wicker furniture. The garden is full of Mediterranean greenery, such as palm trees, Adriatic pine, Istrian oak, olive trees, vines and many flowers. It is a delight and quite possibly the villa’s guests will want to spend most of the time there.

BOATING

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €700 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
