As you make your way down the three levels of the villa you become closer and closer to the sea. From each of the bedrooms there are uninterrupted sea views. There are balconies on each level giving the villa a huge amount outdoor space and views. There is a luxury boat pier on the seafront. The interior has been made up to a very high standard, with stylish features and good quality furniture. There is even a lift to take you between floors if you don’t fancy the stairs. All bedrooms of the house have magnificent sea views.

ACCOMMODATION

Second floor

The villa is entered on the second floor. The entrance hall is stylish modern and sleek. It is very spacious with the seven metre high ceilings. The stairs are located central in the hall with great attention to detail and lighting being apparent throughout the villa. On the entrance floor there are two separates garages suitable parking for three cars. The master bedroom is also located on this floor with en-suite bathroom. There are fantastic sea-views from this bedroom with views to the South of the sea and the islands.

First floor

On the first floor is the living room, kitchen, dining area and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Kitchen

The kitchen is spacious with outstanding design and fully equipped with large fridge, freezer with ice-cube dispenser, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine/ tumble dryer. The dining area is just off set from the kitchen. The table is situated in a place to make the most of the views with a large floor to ceiling window being directly in front of the table.

The living room has plenty of seating with two large comfortable sofas and an armchair. There is a plasma satellite TV, DVD player fireplace and coffee table.

Two more bedrooms are on this floor each with en-suite bathrooms. All are furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Plenty of towels are provided in the bathrooms.

Moving down to the ground floor there is one more bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second kitchen with a fireplace.

OUTSIDE

The outdoor spaces of Villa Cascade are a real delight, with balconies literally on the door step of the sea you are spoiled for choice with views. The balconies encompass a total area of 70 m². The balconies get progressively bigger as you descend the levels of the villa. On the first floor balcony there is a table and chair set and on the ground floor there is a picnic table, chairs and a barbecue area (with a huge Texan style grill barbecue). There is also a canopy to pull down if you require a little more shade.

BOATING

Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included.
