The villa is arranged on three floors. The ground floor is a lovely separate area arranged as a luxury two bedroom apartment.

Ground floor
A few steps down lead to the cool ground floor which is an apartment in itself and suitable if a large group is visiting. This comprises of a kitchen and dining room and two double bedrooms sharing a shower room. From the sitting room a French door opens out onto a lovely garden area. This floor is very nicely fitted out, light and spacious.

The main part of the villa is entered from the swimming pool terrace through a French door into a modern open plan living space consisting of the sitting room, dining area, a kitchen and a guest cloakroom. The sitting room is enhanced by an open fireplace.

There are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a door to a balcony with an amazing sea view. It has a private bathroom with bath. The second double bedroom also has a beautiful view and its own en-suite shower room.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of €600 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
