This is a typical Dalmatian country villa built from white stone and with a red tiled roof, white shutters and spacious outdoor terraces for the enjoyment of sunny days and views of the sea. A sandy beach is just in front of the house. A couple of steps from the village road lead to a wrought iron gate, into the front garden planted with palm trees and Mediterranean flowers. The villa is spacious and very comfortable, with white floor tiles and white walls throughout, in contrast to the bright blue sea which is visible from the inside of the house. It is comfortably furnished, close to the shops, restaurants, and the beach, with its own pool, a prefect summer holiday home.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa comprises of 250 square metres of indoor space.

Ground floor

The Ground floor comprises of two kitchens, two dining rooms, two sitting rooms, a double bedroom, one shower room and one bathroom. The open plan living space is entered through a double door from the garden terrace. The cool white colour of the rooms is softened with honey coloured wood kitchen and dining room table, and brightened by red curtains and stripy cushions of a large sofa and chairs. This area contains a satellite TV/DVD player. The quality kitchen is made of wood and provided with all modern utensils – dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster and a kettle. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils and glassware, plates and cutlery. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and a white modern bathroom with a washing machine. There is also a hydro -massage shower room. The bedroom’s large double doors have perfect sea views and open out directly onto the terrace. The main section of the villa extends into a substantial extra wing, with its own kitchen/diner and a sitting area plus a separate terrace on the ground floor. Through the open door you again get wonderful views of the garden and the sea, and inside, a cream sofa and dark dining table are arranged next to a line of white kitchen units, four ring hob and oven, sink, and a small fridge/freezer.

The rooms are not air-conditioned but are provided with cooling electric fans.

First floor

From the downstairs hallway a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are five double bedrooms, each with a double bed, and 4 shower rooms. All the bedrooms have a door to a terrace which faces the sea. The bedrooms have wood parquet flooring and each has a simple colour scheme such as cream and blue, honey coloured, red and white or blue stripes. The shower rooms are white and cream, with white tiles and smart bathroom furniture.

All the bedrooms are provided with fans, which together with the thick walls of the house keep the rooms cool. Plenty of towels and all bed linen are provided.

The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden, a shaded terrace and a pool with sea views.

The garden is planted with palm trees, purple bougainvilleas , geraniums, bay trees, sea grasses and many other Mediterranean plants.

The 24 square metres swimming pool (1.5m deep) faces the sea and is surrounded by a sunbathing terraces with six sun loungers and chairs, mosaic table and chairs and fabulous views of the sea from all corners.

Terraces add greatly to this attractive garden. On the ground floor there is a covered terrace with a stone dining table and a wooden table with benches. On the first floor there is pretty balcony with stone balustrade along the whole length of the house, and superb sea views, tables and chairs in front of the bedrooms.

BOATING

Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. A refundable damage deposit of €300 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
