This lovely old stone villa has been renovated and furnished very comfortably. It stands amongst the olive and lemon trees, and is surrounded by fresh scented pine woods. It is only 10 metres away from the sea and has great sea views. The villa is arranged on three floors, of which the third floor is not rented, and only lived in for one month of the year. This floor has a completely separate entrance and has no contact with the ground and first floors. Entrance to the villa is through a white paved courtyard and under a vine pergola. A short path takes you directly to the clear sea, where you can swim.

ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor consists of a kitchen, sitting room connected to the dining area and a utility room with a WC and a shower.. The white floor tiles cover the dining room and the kitchen floor, and the sitting area is one step higher, and is covered with terracotta floor tiles. The walls of the sitting room, in contrast to the plain white kitchen and dining room, are of exposed brick painted creamy white. Country oak furniture is in the sitting/dining room, and a satellite TV/DVD and a music player. The white kitchen is fully equipped with gas/electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and an iron.

First floor
Three are three suites. Two suites have a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a kitchenette and a shower room. The third suite is larger and has two double bedrooms, and one of those has a third single bed, also a kitchenette and as shower room. So eight people can sleep comfortably, and additional four single beds are provided, for twelve people in total.

OUTSIDE
Terraces
Along the whole front of the house at the garden level is a long terrace provided with tables and 12 chairs. Part of the terrace is covered with vine and provides good shade. Between the terrace and the pool is a barbecue.A particularly charming feature of this villa is the little path below the house which goes directly to the beach with crystal clear sea. You can walk out in your swim suits and be swimmingwithin a minute.

The 6m x 4m pool is built in an infinity style and from it you just look into the sea. It is on one of the terraces to one side of the villa, and pool sunbeds are provided.
Garden
Garden is on several levels, partially paved with the local stone and partially planted with fig, lemon and olive trees, grape vines, and many Mediterranean bushes and flowers such as lavender, bougainvillea, viburnum, hydrangea, geraniums. Through the pine trees you can see vast stretches of the blue Adriatic, just below the house.

BOATING
