Villa Dolores is situated on the island of Ciovo which is connected by a small bridge to the town of Trogir. Trogir, is a UNESCO heritage site, reminding you of a mini – Venice. Old streets, magnificent Venetian style buildings and a medieval castle are at the heart of the town. Fantastic restaurants and markets are dotted around, but the villa itself is in a quiet area within two minutes walk from the beach. The villa comprises of 150 sqm of living space and 250 sqm of garden. It was modernised in 2011, and has two double and two single bedrooms, plenty of terraces for sunbathing and enjoying the sea views.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

The villa has an open plan arrangement on the ground floor. Large French windows open out from the light and airy sitting room onto a paved terrace, where there is an outdoor dining table. The sitting room with an open fireplace has some antique furniture and plenty of seating. A satellite TV/DVD player/music centre are available for the guests. Close to the outdoor terrace, with another set of French doors, is the kitchen, equipped with a four ring electric hob, oven, two fridge freezers, dishwasher, food mixer and toaster. The dining table for six people is next to the kitchen and separated from it by a breakfast bar.

First floor

A wooden staircase leads from the sitting room to the first floor which contains two bedrooms with a double bed each, and two smaller bedrooms with one single bed in each of them. The bedroom floors are wood, and some bedrooms have writing tables. Nice tiled terraces on the first floor are very spacious and have great views. A bathroom with a bath, and a washing machine, as well as a separate shower room are shared by the bedrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided.

OUTSIDE

Garden

The garden is walled and partially paved with stone slabs, suitable for sunbathing. The rest of the garden is covered with lawn, Mediterranean trees and pots filled with geraniums and lavender shrubs.

Pool

An 18 sqm new pool is placed in the back garden and surrounded by a generous sunbathing area, provided with sun loungers and a shaded canopy.

Terraces

This villa is very well provided with outdoor terraces. The fist floor of the villa has magnificent terrace/balconies for privacy and sea views, and there are covered terraces in the garden directly by the villa, with a set of outdoor sofa and chairs. Many other spaces in the garden are terraced and suitable for rest and relaxation. A barbecue and outdoor dining are in the garden.

BOATING
