ACCOMMODATION
The villa complex consists of the main house and guest house, both single storey buildings with many windows and doors opening out on terraces, courtyards and the garden. The main house can accommodate six people and the guest house two extra people.
Main House
All the accommodation, including the bedrooms is on the ground level. The sitting room is tiled in cool stone tiles and furnished with ample sofas and armchairs, decorated in seaside colours of sun and sand. Floor to ceiling doors open out onto the shady terrace with a dining table for 10 persons. Satellite TV/DVD/music system is provided in the room, but not the internet. This can be accessed in the nearby town of Milna.

The kitchen in the main house is equipped for serious culinary work. It has a hob, oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle and a toaster, as well as all the cooking utensils and plates, cutlery and glasses.

Bedrooms
Bedrooms are arranged as a master suite and a two bedroom suite, in total three bedrooms of the main house. The master suites a large bedroom with a king size bed and en suite shower room, its own sitting area and a doorway to its own covered outdoor terrace where a you can have a leisurely breakfast and relax all day. The second suite has a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bedroom with a double bed, a shared shower room and a separate WC, as well as a shared veranda.

Guest House
The guest house has its own private entrance but is within the complex of the villa.
The guest house has a sitting room, with a sofa and a single bed, a satellite TV/DVD/music centre and a terrace facing the sea. It also has it own fully equipped kitchen with a dining table which can sit four people.
A staircase leads to the upstairs gallery where there is a double bed and an ensuite shower room.

OUTSIDE
Garden and pool
The villa is built on a small peninsula which sticks out from a lovely bay with a pebbly/sandy beach. There is a 4000 m2 ( one acre) of garden surrounded by a stone wall which gives you complete privacy. The garden is stunning and well planted, and stone steps and paths lead you to a very private beach.
The garden has many terraces for resting, dining and sunbathing. There is even a rooftop terrace with luxurious sun loungers and a settee.

An amazing pool, with natural edges, seems to touch the sea and has good paved sunbathing deck with more sun loungers.
The garden gates open out onto the beach on two sides of the garden.

- Boat rental, mountain bikes and motor scooters can be delivered to the villa at extra charge

Ecological Villa
The villa is solar powered and designed to preserve the environment. A generator provides electrical power backup. There is no air conditioning but fans are provided throughout the house and the house has been designed specifically to remain cool in the summer time. High wattage appliances such as hair dryers, coffee machines, electric kettles, toasters and irons can not be used in the villa.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of £500 (GBP) is payable on arrival.
