The villa accommodates 18 persons in 9 double bedrooms. Some bedrooms also have double sofa beds, so a holiday group as large as 26 persons can stay there. As some bedrooms also have a mini kitchen and there are many terraces and courtyards which afford privacy, this could be useful to provide relaxed and stress–free holidays for large groups. The villa is situated in the idyllic fishing village of Zaton Veliki only 10 min drive from Dubrovnik, surrounded by woodland and sea views. Old fishermen’s stone cottages, beautifully restored, nestle together with tasteful new villas and restaurants all a stone’s throw from the sea. It is one of the most desirable areas close to Dubrovnik. There are several good restaurants and a pizzeria within a short walk from the villa. The village also has a small supermarket, bakery, post office and a bank. Wonderful pathways along the shore are suitable for walks and bicycling.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

This floor contains one bedroom with one double and one single bed and a bathroom; in addition there is a self-contained one bedroom apartment with a double bed, a sitting area a mini kitchen and a jacuzzi bathroom. The French window opens out from the sitting room onto the terrace with a swimming pool. A well equipped gym/games room is also on the ground floor. The gym is not available to children under 16 years of age and must be used observing all the usual safety measures recommended for that environment.

First floor

This floor contains a large open plan kitchen/sitting room which opens out on its own covered terrace. 10-12 persons can sit in the sitting room with additional seating for 10 people on the terrace, and the whole combines into a unified indoor-outdoor area with a lovely sea view. The sitting room is equipped with a satellite TV, DVD player, music centre and wireless internet. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and sufficient cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery for 20 persons. The dining table can sit 10 people, and for larger groups another table can be fitted in the kitchen/dining area. In addition, a second, outside covered terrace also has a seating area for 24 people, and usually in summer months this is where the guests prefer to eat. There is an outside stone-built barbecue. Two double bedrooms and bathrooms lead off the hallway. These are the only bedrooms without air conditioning, but if their doors are opened, they benefit from the sitting room air conditioning. A marble staircase leads from this floor to the second and third floor bedrooms.

Second floor

On this floor are three bedrooms as follows:one en-suite double bedroom, one en suite bedroom with twin beds and one double en-suite bedroom with a mini kitchen, all air conditioned. Two of these bedrooms have access to a large balcony with marvellous sea views.

Third floor

One en-suite double bedroom with a double sofa bed and a mini kitchen. and one en-suite twin bedroom and bathroom, all air conditioned.

Outside

Garden and pool. There is a separate summer kitchen with a shower/WC by the pool.

The main part of the garden is laid out as a stone-paved sunbathing area around the pool, with pot plants, olive trees and palm trees and sunloungers provided with bath towels. Paths lead to leafy and shaded parts of the garden, and a covered terrace can be reached from the garden, also to be used for relaxing or al fresco eating.

There is parking for up to five cars in the villa grounds.

Additional Services

Included in the price are pool maintenance and all the taxes. Towels and bed linen and beach towels are provided.

Restrictions

Dogs and pets are permitted subject to prior approval.

RATES & AVAILABILITY

All rates are per week for the whole villa for up to 18 people. For groups of 19 to 26 persons a supplement is charged. Please contact us for a price for groups of over 18. Bookings are taken Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday and are in euros. There are no extras. Tourist tax and daily cleaning are included.
