A two bedroom, two bathroom air conditioned villa with a large olive garden and pool. Pet friendly. Sleeps 4-6.
Villa Eufemia is located in a little row of terraced houses in a small village near the well known ancient town of Pula in Istria. The villa has a luxurious swimming pool and a most wonderful garden of fruit and olive trees. Inside it is comfortable and cool in the summer. Although it is a rural villa, links with the town and the nearby airport are excellent, and shops and restaurants are very close.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa is situated in a row of old village houses and accessed by a village road through the front porch, and also through a wrought iron garden gate. The accommodation is on two floors, in total 100 square metres of living space.
Ground floor
A fully equipped white country kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, a kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a dining table that comfortably seats 6 people. A pleasant sitting room is tiled with cool stone tiles, has some exposed stone walls and lovely ceiling beams. Two cream sofas and extra chairs provide seating for 6 people. The sitting room has a satellite TV.

First floor
A wooden staircase leads to two upstairs en-suite bedrooms with wooden floors and ceiling beams. The bedrooms contain twin beds which can be arranged close together or apart. One of the bedrooms has a Jacuzzi bath and both bathrooms are fresh and light with new modern bathroom furniture. All bed linen and towels are provided. Each bedroom has a separate air condition unit.

OUTSIDE
A special attraction of this small Istrian villa is the glorious outdoor life that its guests can enjoy. Fabulous garden and pool, alfresco dining, you can live in the garden all day.
Garden
The villa is surrounded by a 3000 square metres (3/4 acres) of garden filled with fruit and olive trees.
Pool
A very large pool, 10.5m x 5.5m in a private position behind the villa is ideal for serious swimmers and for the whole family. Plenty of sunbathing space around the pool is provided with deck chairs and sun umbrellas. Lavender bushes and oleander trees provide a lovely Mediterranean feel and beautifully scented air.

A covered garden terrace contains a large stone barbecue, and large table with two benches, for outdoor dining.

BOATING

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €300 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
