Villa Fennella is an elegant modern luxury villa positioned 50m from the beach with views over a quiet bay lined with pine trees. The villa has 500 square metres of garden with sundecks and terraces and sea views. The garden is planted with aromatic Mediterranean flora such as jasmine, lavender and rosemary. The garden features many secluded areas to relax. The villa is built on ecological principles and is solar powered.
Villa Fenella has been beautifully furnished, with natural wood, stone, Italian tiles and provides accommodation for up to 10 people, with 5 large double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, additional sitting rooms and a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area.
Villa Fennella is located near the attractive harbour town of Milna on the Dalmatian island of Brac, a beautiful unspoilt island close to the mainland and the fascinating city of Split. Milna offers a range of restaurants, cafes and bars, a local farmers market, shops and a supermarket. The island’s coastline is studded with villages built from the local white stone (a wing of the White House in Washington is built from the same stone). Inland, there are some charming old villages nestling between olive groves and vineyards. Sandy and pebbly beaches are everywhere and the spectacular beach in the little town of Bol is deemed to be one of the most beautiful in the world.
The island of Brac is easily accessible by ferry from Split, which goes round the clock during the summer season, and several times a day during the rest of the year. Low cost airlines (Easyjet, German Wings, Scanjet and Flybe), British Airways and Croatia Airlines fly directly to Split. Split itself is full of antiquities, markets, galleries, restaurants, clubs and is famous for the palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian. It is well worth a visit. Superb local fresh fish and locally produced meat and wine are memorable and watersports are available. The climate is mild all year round, with over 300 days of sunshine. The sea is warm, clear and unpolluted, and everyone swims in it. This is an ideal holiday destinations for families, teenagers and adults
ACCOMMODATION
Ground Floor
A large living room with a feature stone fireplace and a fully equiped kitchen with stone sink and work top, oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher. The open plan dining area has a large table that can seat up to 12 persons.
The comfortable lounge area is equipped with a DVD player (there is no TV) with plenty of DVDs supplied for the guests. French doors open onto the terrace and garden. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One with double bed and one with twin beds. There is a shower room and WC shared by these two rooms.

First Floor.
Two double bedrooms; one with super kingsize and one with kingsize double bed sharing a shower room/wc. There is an additional living room and a mini kitchen on this floor and a dining table for 8 to 10 people.
This area opens onto a balcony and an outside dining area with wonderful views over the bay.
Second Floor.
Master suite of large double bedroom with kingsize bed, private sitting room with sofa bed and ensuite bathroom. Magnificent views over the sea and surroundings.

The beatiful garden contains a pool, planted areas and sunbathing terraces, an outdoor kitchen with stone oven and barbecue. The villa provides a generous space for relaxing outdoor living and is well equipped with outdoor dining furniture, sun loungers and sun umbrellas. Kayaks are provided free of charge to enable you to explore the bay and visit local beaches. The garden is 500 square metres and has fantastic sea views. It is just a short walk down a private road from the garden to the beach. The villa has its own sun bathing and swimming platform on the water's edge and a mooring place to keep the kayaks on the water.

Ecological Villa
The Villa is solar powered and designed to preserve the environment. A generator provides electrical power backup. There is no air conditioning but fans are provided throughout the house and the house has been designed specifically to remain cool in the summer time. High wattage appliances such as hair dryrs, coffee machines, electric kettles, toasters and irons can not be used in the villa.

RATES & AVAILABILITY
All rates are for the whole villa per week Saturday to Saturday and are in euros. Payment must be made in Euros. Tourist tax at the rate of approximately one euro per person per day is in addition and payable on arrival. There is also a 1000 euro refundable damage deposit payable on arrival and refunded on departure.
