A two bedroom, two bathroom air conditioned cottage renovated recently to a high standard. Courtyard, garden and terraces, pool. It is in a quiet area of a lively town of Bol, a surfing paradise. Only 250m from pebbly beaches. Sleeps 4.
This semi detached old stone cottage is situated in a peaceful part of the lively town of Bol, full of cafes and restaurants, shops and famous for water sports. It is known as a sailing and surf boarding paradise and has the most famous beach in Croatia –the Golden Horn. An easy walk takes you to nice beaches 250 metres away.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa comprises of 80 square metres and is built on three floors.
Ground floor
On the ground floor living area, which has white floor tiles throughout, there is a modern kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room furnished with a blue leather sofa and armchairs where there is a satellite TV, Hi-fi and a DVD player. The kitchen contains an oven, hob, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, microwave and a blender and is supplied with cooking utensils, plates and glassware.

First floor
The wooden staircase connects the ground floor with the first floor area which consists of a spacious bedroom equipped with king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bed linen and bath towels are provided in all the bedrooms which are individually air-conditioned and have new beds.

There is another spacious bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has a wood floor and is simple and inviting.

OUTSIDE
In the garden of the house is an extra stone outbuilding with a barbecue/grill and a covered “cabana” with stylish outdoor furniture, excellent for outdoor dining and resting in a shade. A large paved area of the garden contains a mosaic- lined swimming pool with a massage stream. Around the pool are deck chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas and palm trees, bushes, Mediterranean flowers.
