Villa Flora is a complex of three stone buildings which were once a farmhouse, village house and barns. The buildings have been expertly and sensitively restored, and retain the old world charm, whilst also offering modern comforts and facilities. Each building has two bedrooms and can sleep 4-6 persons. The buildings are rented as a complex suitable for a large group, but smaller groups are also considered. The villa complex is situated in a large garden full of wonderful Mediterranean plants and mature trees. A most amazing feature of this property is its very large heated swimming pool. The total living area of the villa is 500m2, and the garden is 300-m2. It is a tranquil holiday villa, but in close proximity of lively seaside towns of Porec, Umag, Vrsar and Rovinj as well as the famous Istrian hilltop towns of Motovun, Groznjan and Oprtalj. Excellent food and wines of this area will ensure a wonderful vacation.

ACCOMMODATION
Total area of the complex (all three buildings) is 500 square metres.
Farm house
This building is the largest of the three and has spacious reception areas on the ground floor. A large country style sitting room has a farmhouse fireplace and sofas and armchairs. Wooden floors, rugs and beamed ceilings are in keeping with the country look of the villa. The sitting room is equipped with satellite TV/DVD/music system and internet broadband. The dining area, with a large dining table, opens out from the sitting room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dish washer, a hob, oven, ice maker, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, washing machine, clothes drier. All cooking utensils and good quality plates, glassware and crockery are inlcuded.
The Farmhouse has two charming bedrooms on the first floor, one of which opens out onto a large terrace.

These two houses each have two bedrooms. Each house also has a fully equiped kitchen and a living area with arm chairs and dining table. The bedrooms are fitted with wood flooring and many have wooden beams on the ceiling. The bathrooms are spacious, tiled with Italian tiles and good quality bathroom furniture
In total the villa complex has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Five bedrooms have double beds, whilst the sixth bedroom has a double bed and two single beds so a maximum of 14 can be accomodated. One baby cot is also provided on request.

The garden is secured with walls and gates, and is lovely and very relaxing, full of colourful scented plants and trees and lots of cool shady areas. A special feature of this villa is its large new heated swimming pool. Ten sun beds and extra garden chairs and sun umbrellas are provided. The garden also has a stone barbecue and shaded dining terraces.

BOATING
BSmall boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.

RATES & AVAILABILITY
All rates are per week for the whole complex of three buildings. All bookings are taken Saturday to Saturday and are in euros. There are no extras. Tourist tax and daily cleaning are included.Please contact us fro a quote fro a smaller party where just one or two of the houses may be sufficient.
