This ancient traditional villa is 300 years old. It is packed full of irresistible charm and this authentic luxury accommodation is one of a kind being so close to the crystal sea and beaches. The renovation of Villa Fratella began in the year 2002. Many of the original features have been restored bringing to life the traditional features and feel of this splendid sea front villa.

ACCOMMODATION
Villa Fratella is spread over three floors: the ground floor-tavern, first and second floor.
Ground floor
Entering the villa from the old stone court yard entrance leads through to the yard into the ground floor of Villa Fratella. On the ground floor is a tavern packed full of Baroque details for you to discover. In the tavern there is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker and centennial sink. There is also a wine storage room with dining table and chairs and a living area with antique furniture. The tavern is fully air-conditioned and equipped with under floor heating, wireless internet access, Hi-Fi system and LCD satellite TV.

First floor
A baroque staircase leads up to the first floor of Villa Fratella. On this floor is a second fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator freezer, kettle toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, juice maker, blender and coffee maker. To the side of the kitchen is a dining table and through the original arch is the living room. The living room has comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a DVD player. Also on this floor is a modern shower room designed in the baroque style with toilet, shower and hand basin. The living room door leads outside to a magnificent stone terrace with stunning views of the old mill.

Second floor
The living room stairs lead up to the second floor where there are two bedrooms, one shower room and a WC with washing machine and dryer. One bedroom has a king-sized double and the other has two single beds.

OUTSIDE
In the old stone yard are a dining table and chair set to enjoy alfresco eating and drinking. You will also see three old mills and a stone water tank which are all culturally protected monuments. On the beach there is another dining table with chairs, sun loungers and fishing boats for those who want to discover the joys of fishing.

BOATING

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €500 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
