A beautiful, modern seaside villa with cool interiors and many balconies and terraces, perfect for the outdoor life by the beach. The villa is located in the countryside on the beach a couple of kilometres from the town of Supetar on the island of Brac. The villa is stunning and surrounded by a magnificent Mediterranean garden, leading to the beach which is below the villa.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa ( 330 square metres) comprises of a main house which is arranged on two floors, and of a guest cottage, with one bedroom. It is finished with excellent taste and attention to detail, with full regard to the comfort and enjoyment of guests.
The Pool
MAIN HOUSE
Ground floor
The villa is approached through the front lawn by a wide stone garden path under a pergola in front of the house. A beautifully designed ground floor is covered with modern, white stone tiles and thick rugs. The whitewashed walls and a sleek open stone fireplace are all in keeping with the traditional interior of a Dalmatian home. Where the villa departs from the traditional look, is in its many large glass doors and picture windows which enable the guests to take a full view of the magical gardens, relaxing terraces and the sea beyond. A large L-shaped sitting room is furnished with hand-made furniture and a roomy modern leather sofa, with several seating areas in the room. It has a modern and uncluttered look. This room is equipped with a satellite TV/DVD player/music system and internet. Large doors open out onto the shady covered terrace and the vista of the garden. The kitchen is seamlessly attached to the sitting room, but represents a separate area discretely positioned around the corner. All the equipment for gourmet cooking is provided, such as cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, icemaker, mixer and good quality cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. A separate toilet and a laundry room are on the ground floor.

There are four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor. The bedrooms have pale wood flooring and are all furnished with excellent beds, bed linen and plenty of towels are provided.The large master bedroom consists of 25 square metres and is furnished with a modern extra large double bed with a top quality mattress. There is an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi double bath and a large shower. This bedroom has its own large terrace with magnificent views of the sea. An additional large terrace has 80 square metres and has fantastic views, and is a place where guests can enjoy aromatherapy and massage for an additional charge.

THE COTTAGE
The cottage comprises of a smaller, fully equipped kitchen and living room, together with one double bedroom and two bathrooms. It is a separate annexe, but linked to the main villa with patios and terraces. Open plan kitchen sitting room is cool and bright, with another stylish fireplace and a staircase leading up to the bedroom. The cottage has satellite TV and is equipped generally to the standard of the main house.

OUTSIDE
Garden
The garden is sensational. Several gardens flow one into another and surround the villa. There is a fruit orchard, an olive grove, rose garden, palm trees and Mediterranean rockery. There is also an organic vegetable and herb garden which guests are welcome to use. Below the garden is the beach of small pebbles.

Around the villa are 250 square metres of terraces, providing excellent areas for outdoor resting or entertaining. A covered terrace supported by super-white Brac stone pillars contains a large dining table for al fresco dining.

BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.

Prices are quoted in euro for the whole villa per week. A 500 euro refundable damage depoist is payable in cash on arrival.
