A unique and modern villa Gloria, built in 2011, is snuggling by the beach, behind pines and a simple wall. The villa is approached via a small country lane and sits on a 1000 square metres plot right on a secluded beach. The modern lines of the house with plenty of picture windows resemble a streamlined ship Indoors, spacious rooms and wonderfully tiled and furnished bathrooms are luxurious and all the modern conveniences are available to the guests. The villa is in the vicinity of the two iconic towns of the Adriatic – Split and Trogir, which have fantastic shops, restaurants and nightlife, and many cultural events. The Roman Emperor Diocletian's palace and renaissance buildings, ancient squares and churches reflect the past times when this area was a Roman and later, a Venetian province. But above all, this villa is a wonderful place for a holiday by the sea.
The villa is arranged on two floors.
The villa is exceptionally modern, but the ceiling in the sitting room is partially covered with a modern take on the traditional wooden beams. Terracotta floor tiles and a splendid fireplace surrounded by marble are also modern expressions of traditional Adriatic style of living. The whole living space is open plan and through a large glass sliding door you are connected with the garden and the sea. The sitting area is dominated by a vast cream leather sofa in front of the fireplace. The satellite TV/DVD player is in the sitting room. At one end of the ground floor is a modern kitchen with all facilities and fully equipped, also including a breakfast bar and a round dining table for six people.
The three double en-suite bedrooms on the first floor are spacious, bright and enhanced by the oak parquet flooring. They have ample wardrobes and good quality bed linen, as well as excellent king size beds. They are simply but luxuriously furnished. The bathrooms are tiled by high quality Italian tiles predominantly in shades of sand colour. Sumptuous baths, vast basin, large glass showers and top quality bathroom equipment are used throughout.
The villa sits in a lawn garden planted with Mediterranean greenery. The garden is provided with sun beds and sun umbrellas and beach towels are provided. From the garden a gateway leads out directly on the beach. The beach is of sand and small pebbles and the sea is lovely fro swimming.
