The villa is surrounded by a fabulous Mediterranean garden which spreads over several acres of land and cascades to the pebbly/sandy beach directly below the garden. On entrance, there is a long drive in the villa grounds which ends in a large parking area with space for several cars. The villa is single story modern building and divided between the main wing and a guest wing. The living area which comprises of the sitting room, dining room, kitchen and a smart cloakroom is located exactly between the two bedroom wings of the house and is for the use of all the guests. The villa is rented as one large unit. The villa offers privacy and seclusion for up to 16 people and yet is only a short walk from the cafes, bars and restaurants in Orebic. The villa’s modern and recently updated design allows a relaxed, sumptuous indoor – outdoor living.

ACCOMMODATION
Large living room with beautiful marble flooring opens out onto the garden and terrace, and is spacious, light and furnished with many comfortable sofas and chairs, a fireplace and TV/DVD music centre. The overall décor is understated, and light pastel colours predominate. Walls are white or exposed stone, altogether creating a cool atmosphere. One whole wall is a huge sliding door and the outdoor garden feels as if it is a part of the indoors. The sitting room flows into the dining room which has a very large elegant wooden dining table, capable of seating 16 persons, or more. The dining room opens to the front terrace and pool.

The modern Italian kitchen has white ceramic tiled floor, red and white kitchen furniture with an island unit in the middle. It is fully equipped for gourmet cooking and opens out into the dining room and onto the terrace which is an extension of the living room space. In the kitchen you will find a cooker, hob, fridges, freezers, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle and a toaster. All the cooking utensils and elegant dinner plates and glassware are provided.

Master bedroom with garden terrace and sea view. A light hallway leads to the wing with four en-suite bedrooms. Master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor. The bedroom is furnished with a very large canopied four poster bed, and has a separate indoor sitting area with a comfortable sofa, as well as direct access to its own sun terrace with cane furniture, surrounded by plants and in privacy, looking out to the sea. All the furnishings, bed linen and details are of the high quality. The master bathroom contains a large free standing antique bath and plenty of towels and toiletries. Wonderful lighting makes the bathroom especially inviting.

Three similar principal bedroom suites with private patios are also provided. The bedrooms have comfortable bedroom furniture, excellent bed linen and towels, and each has its own shower room. Also, a large sliding door opens out onto a private individual terrace for each bedroom, overlooking the wonderful garden.
In addition to the master bedroom and three principal bedroom suites, there are four guest bedrooms, either with double or twin beds. They are located on the ground floor on the opposite side of the living area. All are spacious, and two of these have en-suite bathrooms, whilst the other two are interconnected and also share a bathroom.

OUTSIDE
Garden
The villa is built in a U-shape and has numerous large terraces, main terrace and a guest terrace and a mature Mediterranean garden with its own direct access to a delightful beach with small pebbles. The garden is planted with every type of Mediterranean plant: palm trees, hibiscus, bougainvilleas, oleanders, myrtle, lilies, roses, geraniums, pomegranates, lemon, orange, almond and olive trees, rosemary and lavender.
Pool
The pool is on a large terrain in front of the villa, overlooking the beach and the islands. Plenty of sunbathing space and deck chairs are provided, as well as pool towels.

Terraces
Several covered terraces with elegant and comfortable garden furniture suites are close to the villa, and are lit by fantastic outdoor lighting in the night. The barbecue and a picnic area are in the garden. Down the garden path, leading to the beach, there is another relaxation spot with a garden swing chair. By the garden gate on the beach, there is a boat house with beach chairs.

Beach
From the garden there are steps down through a private wooded area directly to the beach. The villa has a 70m frontage to the beach. On the boundary with the beach there is a boat house which can be used as a changing room and the roof of this building acts as terrace providing privacy but almost at the waters edge. The beach offers a long expanse of pebble and sand and wonderful clear water for swimming.

BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.
