Grand Villa Palms is exquisitely designed and is in a great location, directly on the sea front with sea-views from almost every part of the villa. The villa was originally built 100 years ago and was renovated in 2004. The interior is modern and beautifully decorated with plenty of detail. The furnishings are all of very high quality and specially tailored for each room making the experience of staying in Grand Villa Palm reminiscent of a break in a high quality boutique hotel. The villa has plenty of privacy yet has all the benefits of being close to the restaurants, shops and cafés of the city.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa is spread over three floors. In total there are five bedrooms, two kitchens, two indoor dining areas, two living rooms, a library, sauna and gym.

Ground floor

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, ice-maker, coffee-maker, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and breakfast bar. A laundry room is also on this floor. Alongside the kitchen is a living area with L-shaped cream leather sofa and a TV. To the other side there is a dining table with seating for four people. On the next floor up there is a second kitchen with a dining table for ten people.

Additionally there is a bedroom and a bathroom on this floor.

First Floor

Moving up to the first floor there is a second fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for ten people, a living room, a library, sauna and a gym.

On the top floor there are four bedrooms in total. All bedrooms are beautiful interior design and good quality bed linen with sumptuous throws. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and their own individual terraces. The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom and have individual terraces and winter garden.

OUTSIDE

The outside spaces of Grand Villa Palms are beautiful and spread over 1000 square metres, with spacious terraces and lots of Mediterranean plants. Food can be prepared at the BBQ/ grill area. There is an outdoor dining table large enough to seat ten people, ideal for parties, barbecues, cocktails, gala dinners or informal lunches.

A large swimming pool with a Jacuzzi is surrounded by plenty of deckchairs and with the sea and beach just two metres away Grand Villa Palms is the perfect destination for a luxurious pool and beach side vacation.

BOATING

Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included.
