ACCOMMODATION
The villa is a restored village cottage, refurbished in 2008. It is located in a charming village of Milna on the island of Brac, and typically Dalmatian with its white facade, green shutters and beautiful stone walls, in the middle of a charming garden full of flowers and greenery. The villa has 170 square metres of living space and sits in a 300 square metres of garden, on an elevated position in the village. It has glorious views of the village marina and the sea. The villa has just one floor and is surrounded by a veranda which is accessed by a few steps.

From the paved garden a few stone steps lead into the villa. To the side of the villa is a covered porch with an outdoor dining table and from the porch, a side door leads to a spacious and bright, tiled sitting/dining room with windows overlooking the sea which is only 50 metres way. To one end of the sitting room is a sofa with chairs, satellite TV/DVD/music player, and the dining table fro 6-8 people. On the other end is a white kitchen with a breakfast bar. It is equipped with a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, all the cooking utensils, plates and glassware. A lovely second doorway opens up onto the large terrace facing the sea, which has an outdoor dining table for eight people. The villa has two double and one twin bedroom. Bedroom floors have a wooden parquet and plenty of wardrobes and chests for storage. In addition, there are two large modern shower rooms tiled in white and plenty of towels for the guests.

Garden and terraces
The garden has rosemary, lavender, many pink and purple bougainvilleas, palm trees and wonderful old pines. From the garden and the terraces the view of the sea, the marina and the little town is lovely.

BOATING

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. A refundable damage deposit of €300 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
