OVERVIEW

Villa Ivette is a wonderfully luxurious new beachside home, located on the island of Brac in an unspoilt wooded bay with crystal clear sea just a few metres away. The 390 sqm, 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa is fully air-conditioned, spread over three floors and features a gymnasium, wine cellar, media room, home office and private mooring. The villa's main feature is the spectacular infinity swimming pool with uninterrupted views over the azure, sheltered bay. The property is perfect for outdoor entertaining, whether it's enjoying the views from the pool or diving off the floating dock in front of the villa. The exterior of the villa is a modern version of a classic Brac seaside home, with an exquisitely stylish stone facade which has massive glass windows and doors and there are numerous terraces which allow excellent sea views.

The interiors are very opulent and tasteful, as the owners have sourced luxury furniture and fixtures around the world, sparing no expense on wonderful Egyptian bed linen, furniture, lighting and works of art.

The local area is famous for its traditional food (lamb, grilled fresh fish, seafood, cheese, wine, honey) and offers fine restaurants and wines. It is peppered with charming stone cottages and medieval churches, wonderful beaches and every type of marine activity. Go surfing, kayaking, deep sea fishing, diving or boat lazily along the pine scented bays, stopping for fabulous fresh sea food en route. Hop off to hip Split and enjoy excellent shopping and a feast of history and culture, walk the streets where Roman emperors once walked and party the night away in one of the Split clubs. Or just relax and watch the amazing Adriatic sea in front of your own holiday hideaway!

Accommodation

The villa is arranged on three floors and has 4 bedroom suites, 5 bathrooms in total and can accommodate 8 persons.

Second floor

The main entrance is located on the second floor with two master bedrooms with modern ensuite bathrooms, one with a shower the other with a shower and a bath. Rooms are spacious, airy, full of sunshine, and equipped with a mixture of modern designer furniture and local antiques. Each has a spacious double bed, LCD satellite TV and a DVD player. A large glass door separates the rooms from the spacious terrace which literally sticks out into the sea, where your morning coffee tastes particularly good in the fresh sea breeze and an uninterrupted view of the sea. 

First floor

An internal staircase leads down to the first floor living room which is furnished with modern designer furniture, and antique pieces and artwork. The villa has satellite 3D LCD TV, a DVD player, DVD library, CD player and Xbox. There is an iPod stereo system connected to the internal and external speakers, with iPod docks in every room. WiFi also provided. Also on this floor is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen which comes with a stove with 6 ceramic hobs, hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker and blender. Fabulous dining sets and all tableware, plus all cooking utensils are also provided. In addition there is a guest cloakroom. The living area is connected to another terrace with a unique view of the endless blue sea. There is plenty of seating and on a covered part of the terrace there is a dining area with table and chairs. Ground floor The ground floor of the villa consists of two spacious and luxuriously equipped bedrooms with double beds, that can be separated into two single beds. The rooms have modern ensuite bathrooms, one of which has a shower and the other has a shower and bath. The bedrooms adjoin the main terrace which has panoramic views of the sea. Also on this floor is a well equipped gym (36sqm) with cardio, free weights and multi-gym exercise machine. In another area is a sauna (for 6 people) with shower. The villa also has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Outside

The villa offers a private beach access with its own mooring for visiting boats. Larger vessels can be anchored in the bay or in the village harbour. A boat and skipper can be hired on a daily basis allowing guests to be transported to other islands and to experience a full range of water sports. One of the most attractive facilities of the property is its heated outdoor infinity pool (39 sqm), situated on the seashore and supplied with sun loungers and parasols. Along with the spacious well-equipped terrace there is also a large outdoor stone barbecue and an outdoor dining area. The distance from the sea is 5 metres!
