The villa was built in 1909 and renovated in 2011. It is spread over three levels bursting with traditional charm. Villa Izidora is on the Island of Losinj belonging to the Kvarner Islands, one of the smaller islands in the group of islands and it is separated from the island of Cres by a small passage.
The kitchen, dining and living areas are in an open plan arrangement. The original beams have been left exposed giving the whole downstairs a truly rustic feel. Tiled flooring extends across the whole ground floor which compliments the traditional interior. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, electric coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a separate WC. Next to the kitchen area is the dining table with good quality tableware and crockery.

The living area has good quality brown leather suites; two sofas and one armchair. There is a large open fireplace and satellite flat screen TV, CD player, DVD player and coffee table. Throughout the villa there are many beautiful pieces of artwork and other decorative items.
Living room seating
The first floor has two bedrooms of similar size, both have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and en-suite with WC, shower and a hydro massage shower. Bedroom two has a double bed, a single bed and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite also has WC, shower and a hydro-massage shower.
Double and single bed
The top floor consists of a living room and a bedroom with a double bed. The room has light wooden flooring and high sloping ceilings with wooden beams. The living room has a sofa bed which folds out to give sleeping space for two people. There is a flat screen TV and a matching armchair to the sofa. There is a bathroom with shower, hydro-massage shower and WC just off from the bedroom.
Top floor living space
The luxurious swimming pool is 7×4 m and has a depth of 120-150cm. There are plenty of deckchairs surrounding and two large sun umbrellas. The villa is in a sunny spot with a number of Mediterranean plants, trees, and greenery surrounding. The terrace is 80 m2 complete with garden furniture and there is a pergola of 30 m2. Adjacent to the pool is a BBQ area and table for outdoor dining. The grounds are private and fenced which is great for families wanting to have a safe play space for children.
