OVERVIEW
Villa Kamino is located in the town of Mokosica just outside Dubrovnik and about 10 minutes car drive to Dubrovnik Old Town. There is a bus service to Dubrovnik (bus stop 50 metes). The villa is 100m from the coastline on a wide estuary with a long promenade alongside the shoreline which is perfect for daytime and evening strolls. The outdoor areas of the villa are laid out for outdoor living. The interior of the villa is modern yet homely and the rooms are light, bright and spacious.
Accommodation
Ground floor
In the villa there is an open plan arrangement. The kitchen has a clean crisp feel and there is plenty of room and worktop space. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, hood, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Other facilities include; iron, ironing board and a hair dryer. The living area is stylishly furnished and has a very comfortable large L-shaped cream sofa, with burgundy cushions, a coffee table and satellite LCD TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi system. It is possible to accommodate two people on the sofa-bed in the living room.
There are also two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor.
First floor
The wellness and entertainment area with gym/games room and infrared sauna is located on the first floor and is reached via an external staircase. There is also a bedroom with double bed, which can be separated into two single beds, and a shower room.
Second floor
An internal staircase leads from the first to the second floor.
Here you find three further double bedrooms of which one has its own private balcony. One of the double beds can be arranged as twin beds. The villa is equipped with good quality bedding and towels. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with modern fittings finished to a high standard.
Outside
There is plenty of outdoor space; including a pool (8 by 3 metres), a barbecue area, an outdoor kitchen, a covered dining area and a covered seating area. The pool area is nicely surrounded by leafy green trees, shrubbery and flowers to give privacy. The covered seating area is raised, looking above the pool and has a double wicker cushioned chair and two armchairs all of a similar style. An outdoor dining table, seating six, is situated next to the pool under the covered terrace. Under the covered terrace is an al fresco kitchen with sink, stove and counter tops to prepare food outdoors whilst the barbecue is heating.

- The pool is heated and the pool temperature is set to 25°C, which cannot be changed by the guests. Please note: The pool heating will not function when the air temperature is at or below 15°C.
