OVERVIEW
This modern villa, one of a pair, has an irresistible attraction, which is its roof terrace with swimming pool, hot tub and a view to die for - unlimited sea! Secondly, the villa is situated just a few meters above a pretty pebbly beach, separated by a local road. Good amount of privacy and vicinity of the beach means that you can hop to the beach in a few seconds in your swimsuit for your early morning swim. The villa has about 200 square metres of living space and is set up on three terraces with decking and shrub planting. Below the villa is an integral garage for two cars. Extra luxury is the central cooling and heating system, with underfloor heating. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living areas on the first floor to maximise the enjoyment of the sea view. The area abounds with wonderful beaches and you will find excellent restaurants with local macaroni, great pizza, steak, seafood... and superb local red and white wines, Plavac and Posip. In the nearby village you can enjoy watching the local dance called Mostra originating in the bygone era, in which men dance with swords. Visit the unique walled town of Korcula, mainland Dubrovnik and Orebic, peruse the Peljesac peninsula for wild swimming and you will never want to leave.
Accommodation
From the front drive an external staircase goes up to the ground floor terrace and the villa entrance. There is also an indoor staircase from the garage to the ground floor.
Ground floor
The ground floor consists of a master double bedroom, which is ensuite and has a safe and a dressing table with a mirror. Another double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a shower room. These bedrooms have good quality, new bed linen and towels. Beds and bed linens are of finest standards and bathrooms are beautifully finished. From each bedroom there is access to a beautiful terrace with sea view. Laundry room has a washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board and a hair drier. The master bedroom has a safe.
First floor
A stylish and light-filled designer sitting room floats in the air and resembles a luxury sailing ship crossing the ocean. It is equipped with a LCD TV, CD player, DVD player, music player, and some computer games. It joins onto an outdoor terrace which has a dining table. There is a top quality sofa and two armchairs. The dining area has a table for six people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge-freezer, cooker, dishwasher, induction hob, good cooking utensils and tableware, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, tea pot.
The hot tub is situated outside on the first floor.
Second floor
The pool is on the rooftop from where there are breath taking vistas of the sea.
Outside
The house stands above the country road and beach and the front drive leads to the integral garage for 2 cars, and to the steps which lead to upper floors and terraces. The ground is planted with shrubs and scented herbs. A stunning feature of this villa is its large roof terrace and the rooftop pool, the size of which is 5 by 6 metres, 1.3m deep and an additional whirlpool. There are six sun loungers, a sun umbrella and pool towels. It will be difficult to leave the rooftop pool as you will be hypnotised by the sun and the emerald blue sea.
