OVERVIEW
This little gem of a villa is a labour of love, built with stone in a very large olive grove which spreads over 12000 square metres (3 acres) of land, and has a very nice sea view. The villa is right on the edge of a fishing village giving you privacy and a very relaxed holiday, but when you wish for more action the nearby village provides some good restaurants and cafes, and the vibrant town of Supetar is just 2km away where you will find shops, more restaurants, discos and cafes/ bars. Just a quick hop on a ferry to the mainland town of Split will give you a very special experience of a large Mediterranean town with a wealth of antiquities, including a Roman palace.
The villa comprises two separate buildings, the main two bedroom house of 80 square metres and a separate cottage of 20 square metres, 3 bedrooms in total. It is suitable for families, teenagers and romantic holidays, and anyone who enjoys sun and leisurely living with amenities nearby. A perfect villa rental for a family with small children and teenagers.
Accommodation
The main house has two bedrooms and a bathroom, and the cottage has a studio room with shower. Both dwellings are on one floor, the raised ground floor. The open-plan living space comprises a pleasant sitting room with an L-shaped sofa, satellite TV/DVD player and direct access to two outside terraces. The kitchen is in one corner of the room and very well equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and pretty tableware. The dining table is for six. The bedrooms are spacious and cool, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The bedrooms share a bathroom which has a whirlpool bath and a washing machine. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The separate cottage has a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, a small table with 4 chairs, open fireplace, a cooker with an oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and its own cooking utensils/tableware. There is a shower with WC and a terrace with own outdoor furniture.
Outside
The pool is a 7 x 4 metres, with an additional integrated whirlpool. It is surrounded by a lovely stone sunbathing terrace, sunbeds and sun umbrellas, a pool shower and WC. There is a barbecue and an outdoor dining table with 8 chairs. The fenced leafy garden, full of Mediterranean flowers and olive trees, is restful and provides privacy. There is a stunning sea view from the pool and garden, and from the villa. Plenty of parking space is available.
