Villa Lagoon private beach
Villa Lagoon is located on the shore of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea on the Island of Drvenik Veliki. It is a beautiful island with a lovely shore line characterised by lovely bays. The island has a low population, so coming to this island really is a chance to escape from all the hustle and bustle and truly relax. The villa is 3.5km from the town of Drvenik where there are shops, restaurants and cafes. The house is ecologically friendly with solar panelling providing the water heating and electricity. There are numerous outdoor spaces surrounding the villa and the proximity of the private beach makes this property one of a kind. A car is recommended.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is spread out over two floors with two of the bedrooms and the main living spaces downstairs, and the other two bedrooms upstairs.
Main living spaces
The kitchen has modern and functional style. It is fully equipped with all necessary appliances; stove, range hood, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, blender, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar styled dining area with comfortable chairs. From the indoor dining area there are doors leading out to the large atrium style courtyard designed as an outdoor living space. There are large picnic style benches to enjoy out door meals as a large group. There is also an open grill.

The living area of 35m² is equipped with a large leather upholstered L-shaped sofa, LCD TV and stereo unit. A fantastic balcony lies near to the living room, equipped with table and chairs. It offers unforgettable views to the west which is great for enjoying the sun setting over the sea. The living room also leads to a south facing terrace of 40m².

Villa Lagoon has been specially built to not require air-conditioning, with 45cm thick walls and a roof that has been insulated to the highest standards.
Bedrooms
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a super king sized bed and the other a king sized bed. Other fittings include wardrobes and chest of drawers. They are decorated to a high standard and are light and spacious.
The other two bedrooms can be accessed via the courtyard and each has a separate entrance. Both rooms have super king sized beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers and the floors are good quality oak floors.

There are a total of four bathrooms, each of which is an en-suite. They each have a unique design with modern fittings. They each consist of a spacious walled shower cabin, a large sink with cabinet, mirror and toilet. Plenty of towels are provided for guests in each en-suite.

OUTSIDE
There are many different places to enjoy the outdoor spaces in Villa Lagoon. The most magical being the beautiful beach just 30m from the villa. To reach the beach there are steps leading down. The pebble beach is suitable for children and the elderly, because of a simple entry into the sea, while younger guests can enjoy jumping from the surrounding rocks. Snorkelling can be enjoyed in the waters surrounding the beach with guarantees of seeing various species of fish.

BOATING

VILLA LOCATION
PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of €1000 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
