Villa Lana is situated in a charming village of Mlini about 4km from the centre of Dubrovnik and 2km from the nearest beach in Mlini. The villa is built on an elevated position with spectacular sea views from most bedrooms, large reception areas, the pool and the garden. A narrow and winding village lane leads to the villa which has an imposing white façade and a stunning glass extension that accommodates the amazing pool whose glass walls open onto the sunbathing terrace giving the pool and indoor-outdoor aspect. A gym and sauna and an additional entertainment area designed for relaxation adjoin the pool. Ten people can sleep in four spacious and luxurious double bedrooms with ensuite bath or shower rooms.

This is one of the few villas that can be enjoyed all year around. Even the winter sun can be soaked up on the terrace with gorgeous sea views from the heated swimming pool. The house manager lives on site in a seperate apartment, and is available to arrange any requests and give advice and assistance.

ACCOMMODATION

In this villa accommodation is arranged on three floors. On the ground floor are a sitting room, dining room, a kitchen and an office with a computer, printer, fax and an internet access for the use of the guests. There is a separate annexe with a sitting room and a double bedroom. On the first floor are the second sitting room and three ensuite bedrooms. On the lower floor is a dedicated wellness area with a magnificent indoor/outdoor pool opening out onto the sunbathing terrace with a fantastic sea view.

The ground floor sitting room is comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs, a wide screen TV and a DVD player, opening out onto a terrace, and also with an access to a dining room which can sit ten people. Kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, kettle and all crockery and cutlery and a variety of glasses. On this floor is also a small cloakroom and an office with a computer, printer, fax, internet access.

On the first floor there is a second sitting room, with a wide sofa bed, two additional sofas and a chaise longue, a coffee table and chairs and a bar with a fridge/freezer. There are attractive pieces of antique chests and credenzas all around the house as well as paintings by respected local artists.

First floor bedrooms

There are four bedrooms in the villa, three on the first floor and one on the ground floor. With additional beds in some bedrooms and spacious sitting areas ten people can sleep in great comfort.

On the first floor the main bedroom contains a large double bed and a dressing room, plus an ensuite Jacuzzi bathroom and has a wide screen TV, and terrace access with a sea view. Equally luxurious is the second bedroom with an ensuite shower room, and the third bedroom with a double and a single bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and a sitting area. Bathrooms are done in marble and Italian tiles.

Ground floor bedroom

An additional apartment on the ground floor consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom and a sitting room furnished with a double and a single sofa bed.

All bedrooms are air conditioned.

PRICE & AVAILABILITY

All rates are for the whole villa per week Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday and are in Euros. There are no extras. Tourist tax and cleaning are included.
