A three bedrooms two bathroom old restored lighthouse at the very southern tip of Istria. Totally romantic and luxurious, very private and looking at the open sea. Close to a village with all the amenities and beaches. Wi Fi internet. Pets welcome. Sleeps 6 to 8.
This is a rare opportunity to stay in a newly renovated lighthouse which is very secluded, but easily reached by car via a small country road. It is also just four km from a fishing village with restaurants and supermarkets, and in a perfect position for you to swim just in front of your house. The lighthouse is built on a promontory and has a characteristic bright white façade. The main house stands on its own in a 1000 square metres walled garden, but all around the house are fields and in front is just the sea. The lighthouse villa gets its electricity from solar panels and collects rainwater in a water tank.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is arranged on two floors, in total 150 square metres.
Ground floor
The rustic kitchen has terracotta tiles and wood ceiling beams, which are used throughout the house. It contains a gas cooker, fridge freezer, all cooking utensils, plates and glassware. A wood floor is used in the dining room where a wooden country table can sit eight people comfortably. The sitting room has sofas and chairs arranged around a traditional stone fireplace and a satellite TV. On the ground floor is one double bedroom with a large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a shower room.

The stairs lead to the first floor which has a playroom and two bedrooms (with 160 cm x 200 cm and 140 cm x 200 cm double beds) They share a shower room. The bedrooms have spectacular views. All bed linen and towels are provided.

OUTSIDE
In the garden there is a shady covered terrace with a stone table to dine alfresco, and with fabulous views of the open sea. In addition there is a sunbathing terrace with deck chairs and a summer kitchen and an outdoor barbecue. All around the lighthouse it's just wild nature and beaches (28 km of beaches in total). First swimming point is just beneath the lighthouse. A few metres away are good pebbly and rocky beaches and just 5 mins ride in a boat is a sandy beach on a small island where the villa owner also has a restaurant. He will take you there in his boat free of charge and also can deliver meals to the light house.

BOATING
