Apartment Layla is within a pleasant villa containing several luxury apartments and situated on the Lapad peninsula within Dubrovnik. The Villa is located almost directly on the sea, with a footpath passing in front of the villa. From the footpath, guests can just step down to the sea and swim directly in front of the villa. The apartment is newly renovated, sumptuously furnished with antique and modern furniture, paintings and Murano chandeliers. It has wonderful sea views through the pine and palm trees in the garden. It is situated in a charming residential area of similar villas with Mediterranean gardens and sea access. There is an uninterrupted view of the sea, since the villa is the first row from the sea, just 10 metres away.

ACCOMMODATION
The apartment consists of a sitting room/ dining room with a separate classical white kitchen. Off the spacious and light hallway there is access to three double bedrooms. The kitchen and the hallway have marble flooring. The kitchen also has a dining table, and is fully equipped for gourmet cooking – a fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, coffeemaker, kettle and toaster, plenty of cooking utensils and high quality plates, glassware and cutlery. The sitting/dining room has wonderful polished wood parquet flooring, Persian rugs and a marble fireplace. It is a very classy room, furnished with classic Italian furniture and a mahogany dining table where up to eight persons can sit comfortably. This sumptuous dining area is enhanced with an elegant Murano chandelier. A wonderful aspect of the living/dining room is a terrace that stretches a glass- enclosed balcony with a mini kitchen and an outdoor dining table, giving the whole apartment a feeling of space and air, with changing vistas of the sea and coastline. Very enjoyable for outdoor breakfasts in the sunshine, or evening dinners with the lights of the sea and the town in the distance.

Bedrooms have the same polished parquet flooring, contain new double beds with comfortable mattresses, and have views over the garden. One is en-suite, and two bedrooms share the second bathroom. Plenty of good bed linen and bath towels are provided. There is also a good amount of storage space and large mirrors. Bathrooms are tiled with Italian tiles and have high quality bathroom sanitary ware and furniture.

BOATING
