Accommodation
In all, there are 5 bathrooms in the villa, of which all have a shower enclosure and 4 of them have a bath tub in addition. Four hair dryers and a safe are provided.
Ground floor
Ground floor comprises a bright, large living and dining room with a glass wall that offers a magnificent sea view. Excellent modern furniture, state of the art TV, WiFi, comfortable sofa and armchairs and stylish lighting all reflect the modern tastes of the owners who have not skimped on quality and detail. A beautiful dining table can sit 8 people. The kitchen is modern and well equipped for gourmet cooking, dishwasher, cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, many cooking utensils and pretty table ware.
Lower ground floor
The lower ground floor is reached by outside steps from the ground floor terrace above. It is a full height proper ground floor, built into the slope of the grounds. It houses the fifth bedroom/study and a gym equipped with a TV, a sauna and a shower room, a proper wellness villa. In the study there is a TV, PlayStation 5 and a sofa. A laundry room has a washing machine, iron, ironing board.
First floor
First floor comprises four double bedrooms with own bathrooms and sea views to die for. All bedrooms have TV sets. The main double bedroom has a large private balcony with relaxing outdoor sofas and chairs... think blue Adriatic, cocktails at sunset or a private moment with a favourite book! Two other bedrooms have a sitting area with a sofa each. Good quality new bed linen and plenty of towels are provided.
Outside
This high end and family friendly Croatian villa with a private pool has a fenced garden with sea views. The sitting room opens out onto the sunbathing terrace with six sun loungers and two parasols. The new pool size is 8 metres x 3.5 metres with an outside shower- fabulous sea view again from the pool area. The garden has a barbecue and a covered dining area including ten dining chairs, at the level of the swimming pool. In the second part of the garden is a children's playground with a swing and children's toys. Steps lead to a lower terrace of the garden, which is a grass lawn big enough to kick a ball. Around the villa, feast your eyes on beautiful olive trees and the beach.
