This amazing, luxurious white villa located in a sheltered bay just over one kilometre from the town of Milna, is directly by the sea and has been refurbished to a very high standard. Its characteristic floor to ceiling windows and doors open out onto the garden and are a wonderful feature of the villa. The villa and its garden have superb sea views of the whole bay. In front of the villa is the sunbathing deck area right by the sea shore.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor is one vast open plan area, kitchen, dining room, TV room and sitting room, with a beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen is sleek and modern, with granite work tops, extractor hood, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster. The dining room area has a modern oak table and eight chairs. In the sitting area there are numerous sofas and chairs, satellite TV/DVD player, and internet access. A utility area contains washing machine and a clothes drier.

First floor
Air-conditioning is in the hall of the first floor and bedrooms are cooled by keeping their doors open for a while. Master bedroom is fitted with a double bed, a bathroom and a sea view balcony. There are two more bedrooms; one is a single bedroom, and the other one has a double bed and an additional single bed. They share a shower room. A baby cot is also available. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Garden and terraces
The house has a magical garden, full of palm trees, pines, bougainvilleas and all kinds of Mediterranean shrubbery and flowers. The garden and the house are on raised ground and are fenced from the sea with simple railing. Several fabulous terraces, covered either with decking, or with beautiful white local stone slabs, provide place for relaxation and outdoor dining. A gas barbecue is in the garden.
The villa has direct access to the sea below, and stone steps lead you down to the beach and the sunbathing deck on the beach.

BOATING

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of €1000 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
