What an amazing apartment, with the classical view of Old Dubrovnik, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Sea and the small island of Locrum are also in full view, as if you are suspended above it. You are in the midst of all the attractions that the town offers, but enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this sought after residential area.

ACCOMMODATION
All accommodation and terrace with pool are on one level. The open plane kitchen/dining/living area with white floor tiles and pale mushroom walls is fresh and modern, just decorated. Wonderful cream sofas provide plenty of seating and the French door opens out onto the terrace with a priceless view. The sitting area has a satellite TV/DVD player, music centre, wireless internet. The modern kitchen with a cooking island is equipped with a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryer. All cooking utensils and nice plates, glassware and cutlery are in the kitchen and the dining table has room for eight people. The three bedrooms have pale parquet flooring, large double beds and a great sea view. The fourth bedroom is a small study with a desk and a pull out sofa for two people. Plenty of good bed linen and towels are provided.

OUTSIDE
The outdoor areas of the amazing apartment are particularly special. There are two terraces and your own exclusive oval swimming pool with nice steps to enter the pool. The terrace also has a covered pool bar with an outdoor kitchen, and separately it has a barbecue area. The view is simply unforgettable, either in the morning sun, or at sunset and night when you watch the flickering lights of Dubrovnik and the yachts moored in the bay.

- Recommendation: walking back from the town is uphill, but, as an alternative, guests can use taxis which costs about 6 EUR for 4 persons. Bus tickets for 4 cost the same
BOATING

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and per apartment based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of €300 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
