Overview
A traditional, newly restored luxury stone villa of 300 square meters living space, five star, located in the countryside, 8km from the famous seaside resort of Crikvenica and its beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops and vibrant night life. The spacious villa is in a peaceful setting in a walled garden, awash with the scent of lavender, rosemary and wild thyme, fully air conditioned and all mod cons inside. Traditional local materials are stone and wood, used throughout. The villa has a main house and a small outbuilding in the garden, transformed into a lovely bedroom. The whole house has solar heating system. There is parking for 4 cars.
There are lots of activities available in the region; for example white water rafting in the mountains, horse riding and over 300km of forest bike trails. beaches and watersports are a 7km drive. The nearby village has a small suprmarket, restauramts, cafes and a bakery
Accommodation
Ground floor
The ground floor of this villa is very imposing with its hand made wooden staircase and gallery. It comprises a spacious sitting room, dining room and a kitchen, a large bedroom with bathroom, sauna, mini gym, laundry room with a washing machine. The sitting room has a feature fireplace and comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and free WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a large rustic electric cooker with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, complete crockery and cutlery sets, glassware, and cooking utensils.
First floor
The main entrance overlooks the gallery, where there are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with antiques, two with double beds and two with twin beds. Two of the bedroom have an additional single bed. The rooms have air-conditioned cooling and heating.
COTTAGE
An outdoor cottage has been arranged as a sixth bedroom with a double bed on an upstairs gallery. Downstairs is a sitting area, a bathroom/WC and a sat TV. It is air-conditioned.
Outside
Garden The walled garden has a pool size 6x4 metres, equipped with sun loungers, outdoor shower, gazebo with a large table and benches for 12-14 people and a barbecue.
