The villa is located in a small town at the base of the Ucka Mountain not far from the charming towns of Lovran and Opatija. The area is a paradise for nature lovers and several walking and cycling trails invite to explore the region. The beautiful beach is just a short walk from the villa and the towns of Lovran and Opatija are in easy reach by car. There is so much to discover, i.e. the Lungomare, a 12km long coastal pathway connecting Lovran and Opatija, the Ucka mountains, Moscenicka Draga and Medveja beach, festivals and cultural events in Opatija, beautiful architecture and places in Lovran and Opatija; you will not run out on things to do.

ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The bright and sunlit open plan living area with large sliding doors towards the balcony creates a smooth transition between the interior and exterior living space. The living area has been stylishly furnished with corner sofa, stools and coffee tables. A special feature is the built-in fire place and the grey and off white colour scheme gives it a modern and luxurious feel. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has free WiFi access. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with glass ceramic cooker top, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, state of the art coffee machine, teapot, cooking utensils and table ware, contemporary, wooden dining table with modern chairs and a breakfast bar. Furthermore, the villa is equipped with washing machine/tumble drier, safe and alarm system. One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom is on the ground floor as well as an additional guest toilet. Villa Lovran Exquisite offers everything for your complete holiday relaxation, a library/TV room with flat screen 52" TV, fitness room and Finnish sauna with shower. The focal point of the villa is the Atrium, from where you enter the first floor via an open staircase.
First floor
On this floor there are further four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with twin beds. All bedrooms have access to a balcony with stunning sea views. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with high quality bathroom ceramics and furniture. High quality bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Outside
The balcony with a stylish sitting area offers breath taking sea views. Stairs on either side of the balcony lead to the pool terrace with summer kitchen and dining area, heated infinity pool, separate shower and toilet. There are sun loungers around the pool and a separate covered seating area for a relaxing time in the shade. The property is fenced and has a gated entrance. Pool towels are provided.
