Villa Lovran Valley is situated in a village above the coastal town of Lovran in Istria. It is a lovely village with an excellent restaurant and sea view towards Lovran. This was a farming village until recently , and is still an important vineyard region. Village houses are scattered along centuries -old country paths which lead up the mountain or down to the sea. A village stream that goes through the village turns into one of the most beautiful waterfalls on the Ucka mountain.

The villa has been beautifully renovated and comprises of three doubler bedrooms and three bathrooms, a sitting room ,kitchen and a traditional rustic cellar with wine racks and large tables, which local houses have to accommodate big parties and gatherings.
ACCOMMODATION

An airy sitting room with a wooden floor and another fireplace is furnished with comfortable leather sofas and armchairs, and contains a satellite TV. A spacious white kitchen is well equipped and eight persons can comfortably sit around the dining table. A terrace with a dining table offers a cool fresh air dining and great views of the village and the sea.

Three double bedroom, furnished very tastefully with comfortable double beds and excellent bed linen, each with its own bathroom and a lot of storage space.

A massive stone archway leads into a cosy traditional “konoba” meaning a room for parties and making merry. The floor is covered with terracotta tiles, and sea motive lighting suits this room perfectly. Furniture is made of old barrels and wooden benches and large tables create an atmosphere of beer cellars. A stone fireplace is a feature, but works well for indoor barbecues in cooler seasons.

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. Alternative start days are possible, please enquire.
