This sunny, traditional stone villa with green shutters comprises of 170 square metres of living area and of 2000 square metres of garden (half an acre), with a round-shaped, above ground swimming pool. It is located in a small village 2km from the beach. The terraces and a pleasant garden are fenced and the house is 100 metres away from the centre of the village and its shops.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor is an open and spacious sitting/dining room of 35 square metres. The sitting room is tiled with cool marble tiles and furnished with comfortable leather sofa and armchairs. In the sitting room there is a lovely open fire place, and a satellite TV/DVD player/stereo unit and a separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining table as a part of a corner unit. The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee filter machine, mixer and a toaster. The ground floor also has two double bedrooms (160cm x 190 cm), and one twin bedroom The bathroom is shared. This luxurious bathroom in black and white has a shower and a new Jacuzzi bath. Some of the bedrooms are furnished with classic mahogany beds and furniture, and other bedrooms have lighter, more modern furniture in blue and white.

The upstairs is reached by an outdoor staircase, where there is a double bedroom and a shower room, size of the bed is 140cm x 190cm. All the bed linen and towels are provided for all the guests.

OUTSIDE
Garden
The house is surrounded by a large south facing garden full of Mediterranean plants. Bougainvillea, grape vine, geraniums and scented shrubs provided colour and shade.
Pool
A raised round pool is nice for splashing and cooling off in the summer heat. The pool has a 4m diameter and is 1.2 m deep. On one side of the pool is wood decking. Stone paved private courtyard around the pool has sun beds for relaxation.
Terraces
Just in front of the sitting room is a stone-paved terrace with a pergola thickly covered with wine leaves. Under this canopy is an outdoor dining table with eight green chairs, looking over the pool and the intimate walled courtyard. The second paved terrace has a large traditional country outdoor fireplace for barbecues, and more tables and chairs. A beautiful old tree provides shade here.

BOATING

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €300 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
