This lovely and spacious holiday villa in a charming Mediterranean garden is located just 80 metres from the sea. It is a cosy house with great sea views and in a great location. The façade is covered with a climbing pink bougainvillea. The village has a nice long pebbly beach, and is just a few minutes drive from the famous and charming old Town of Trogir, one of the great destinations on the Adriatic. The villa is perfect for everyone, those who look for a beach holiday, sea sports and for families, also for young adults who can enjoy the vibrant life of the nearby Trogir, with its excellent restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and markets. Gorgeous Venetian architecture of this little UNESCO World Heritage site will impress everyone.

ACCOMMODATION

From the lovely garden a few steps lead to the shaded terrace of the villa and the entrance to the house.

Ground floor

On the ground floor there is an open plan sitting room with a kitchen, one double bedroom and a shower room. The sitting room area has a parquet flooring covered with rugs, traditional sofas and armchairs and a fireplace. Large picture windows and sliding doors look out onto the garden and pool and let a lot of light in. The kitchen and dining room have cream coloured tiles on the floor. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, all cooking utensils, plates, glassware, and cutlery. In a separate alcove there is a dining table which can sit six persons comfortably. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with a shower room.

First floor

A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a galleried landing. On this floor are one double bedroom and two single bedrooms, one shower room and one bathroom. From the bedrooms there are stunning sea views.

OUTSIDE

The villa is surrounded by a small garden, well protected and full of lovely Mediterranean plants. Impressive mature palm trees and climbing plants mix with flowers, rosemary and lavender bushes. A very attractive pool with a Jacuzzi is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and sun loungers. It is a real pleasure sunbathing in privacy in this luscious garden and cool pool. And it is a couple of minutes to the beach, where the sea is warm and refreshing for swimming.

The villa has a covered terrace along the length of the house, where you can relax in shade and eat alfresco at the outdoor dining table. The barbecue is nearby.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €300 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
